fiber bars are a good way to get some nutrients in the morning as well as getting out that early game Dump to clear your day.

Arepas with any filling, you can choose how "healthy" the filling is (tuna, eggs, ham, cheese, chicken, beef, beans, veggies, etc...).

I like oatmeal with a little bit of brown sugar and butter, add some toast and jelly then you're good to go. I prefer grape/strawberry jelly but its up to you.

Steel threshed oats. Not some processed pre-packaged sugery oatmeal, REAL OATS.

Cut one - two desirable ripe fruits, add to cooked oats.

Enjoy the energy for the rest of the day.

Remember it's important to get some protein typically with lunch, and carbs are better the earlier in the day you eat them. Simple sugers such as from fruit are good and fiber (also found in various oats and fruit) help you stay energetic between eating.
