6.3k IP is reasonable for an active player to get in 2 weeks. You have 4 weeks to get it to keep up with IP creep on champs. This means that you should at least get about 8k per champ, so you can wait a week, get the champ at reduced price, and leave with an extra 2k IP to spend on runes or save to a new champ. I personally can get about 12k to 15k, depending on how active I am at league that month.

110 ip an hour on average. Each minute is 2.312(win)+1.405(loss)/2 assuming a 1/1 win lose ratio= 1.8585 ip a minute. Assuming 50 minutes of gameplay each hour and 10 minutes in lobby you get just about 93 ip. you also get 16 ip per game for a loss and 18 ip per win so on average 17 ip extra game(to compensate for the waiting time). 93(In-game Ip)+17(matched game bonus ip)= 110 ip an hour.

Each week you play you get on average 1k win of the day bonus if you play all 7 days.

Assuming you want a champ in 1 week(free week maybe?)you would have to play X amount of hours in that week (Including win of the day bonus being gotten every day of the week)
475= 1-2 days (easily gotten)
1350= 3-4 days (assuming 2 games a day and getting the win of the day)
3150=20 hours, about 35 games (assuming average game length is 35 minutes)
4800=35 hours, about 60 games (assuming average game length is 35 minutes)
6300=48 hours, about 80 games (assuming average game length is 35 minutes)

Champ in 2 weeks?
475=N/A
1350=N/A
3150=<2 weeks
4800=25 hours, about 40 games- only 12 games outside of 2 games a day
6300=39 hours, about 65 games- 37 games extra outside of 2 games a day

Average time per champ: (assuming 2-3 games a day)
475= 1-2 days
1350= 3-4 days
3150= 7-8 days
4800= 10-12 days
6300= 14-16 days

Now thats not that hard is it?
