It's my understanding it has been. Although, the priority is to take care of the player reporting the issue through either the support site or direct emails.

Are you experiencing a problem or just checking in on the original posters problem out of curiosity? (If we can help you directly, please let us know!)

I also have a similar problem with a unclaimed present. Should I send in a support ticket or can you help me resolve it in this thread?
