This nerf to Evelynn... is uncalled for. I'm normally fine with nerfs, as all champions do need their nerfs from time to time and I can say as an avid Eve player that a nerf was needed after she became almost as popular as Shen in ranked bans and I've seen Eves get banned over Malphites because of her damage, but it was her AP damage. Her ulti needed a nerf, YES, but it's about 40% of her damage. This won't change her ability to mid lane because her ulti is usually used as her initiation to practically insta-kill the enemy mid champ, so it'll do around the same amount of damage, however this does make it difficult to be as much of use in a team fight unless he ultimate gets some kind of minimum amount of damage so if some one is extra low because your Xin Zhao initiated onto their face, it will actually do damage. Most spells that have a current health damage have some kind of base damage it'll do like Mundo's Cleaver has a minimum amount of damage and Elise's Q has a base damage it does.

It's only fair if this nerf goes through that Evelynn's ulti gets a minimum amount of damage if it does not get a base damage to go with her ultimate's percent. It really is only fair.

I'm not expecting a response on any Eve threads, there are just too many, I'm just hoping they change her ult back considering even some avid Eve haters are saying this nerf is too much......

eve is really a kinda hard to discuss on:
-if fed, she dominate a whole game
-if not, she is close a total troll in a game.

personaly, the highest damage output is not her ult, but her e, ravage.
indeed, having 50% ap scalling for each hit is way too much, as it does 2 hit, 100% of her ap. this is even higher then the best nukes of the game. not to mention that it also have a 80% AD scaling wich is way too much damage for a non ultimate skill.
i suggest this for ravage:
Range: 200 from 225
Cooldown: 13/12/11/10/9 from 9 at all level
Cost: 60 / 65 / 70 / 75 / 80 mana from 50 / 55 / 60 / 65 / 70
Damage per Hit: 40 / 65 / 90 / 115 / 140 (+ 40% AP) (+35% Bonus AD) from 35 / 60 / 80/110/135 (+ 50% AP) (+ 40% Bonus AD)
Total Damage: 80 / 130 / 180 / 230 / 280 (+ 80% AP) (+70% Bonus AD) from Total Damage: 70 / 120 / 170 / 220 / 270 (+ 100% AP) (+ 80% Bonus AD)
Bonus Attack Speed: 50% / 65% / 80% / 95% / 110% from 60% / 75% / 90% / 105% / 120%

her q is a nice sustain damage output, despite of short range, the damage is increadible, making the opponent need to take care of their positioning. the damages are maybe a little too high, and its mana cost is a bit too low, making it a piece of cake to get it back with her passive. for this one i suggest this:
Range: 450 from 500
Cooldown: 1.7 or 1.8 from 1.5
Cost: 18 / 22 / 26 / 30 / 34 mana from 14 / 18 / 22 / 26 / 30
Magic Damage: 40 / 60 / 80 / 100 / 120 (+ 40% AP) (+ 35% Bonus AD) from 40 / 60 / 80 / 100 / 120 (+ 45% AP) (+ 40% Bonus AD)

her w makes her able to initiate, and get out of fights with ease, however, those constant slow like singed mega adesive makes it useless. suggestion

evelynn breaks through slow on cast and the effect of upcoming slow during the activation of this skill is halved

Cooldown:25 (reset on kill and assists) from 15
cost: 0
Bonus Movement Speed per Stack: 4 / 8 / 12 / 16 / 20
Bonus Movement Speed: 25% / 35% / 45% / 55% / 65% from Bonus Movement Speed: 30% / 40% / 50% / 60% / 70%

this will obligate eve player think twice before using this ability to swich lane, gank or get in fight, and make them play much more passively because before her w's cooldown will already off, even if she didn't got a kill (in 1v1)

her ultimate, Agony's Embrace is a nice tool to get fleeing champ or reducing the whole enemy team's hp by a crazy spike shield that gives her a huge shield, making her way more tanky then she looks. a well timed ultimate = ace. i admit it. this ult is way too op, as it make her easily 1v3ing the enemy team as its shild is stronger the more person struck in it.
i suggest this:
Range: 850 from 800
Cooldown: 140 / 110 / 80 from 120 / 90 / 60
Cost: 100/125/150 mana from 100 mana at all lvl
Max Health to Damage Ratio: 15% / 17.5% / 20% (+ 1% per 100 AP)
or
Max Health to Damage Ratio: 15% / 20% / 25%
or
current Health to Damage Ratio: 20% / 25% / 30% (+ 1% per 100 AP), minimum damage 200/ 300/ 400 (+0.5 per AP)
or
current Health to Damage Ratio: 15%/ 20%/ 25% (+ 1% per 100 AP), minimum damage 300/400/500 (+ 0.4 per AP)
from
Max Health to Damage Ratio: 15% / 20% / 25% (+ 1% per 100 AP)

Shield Strength per champion hit: 125/ 200 / 275 from Shield Strength per champion hit: 150 / 225 / 300
Slow: 30% / 50% / 70% (no change)
Diameter of AoE: 450 from 500

i think this will greatly reduce the effectiveness of evelynn, but not destroying her at the same time. please tell me if something is too much or not enought so i can make an edit.
please let all of the player that have already known the uselessness of the old eve, and those which like eve thumb this topic up, so that riot will consider looking at this thread.
