Cooldown management is a specific action this isn't a guide of specific actions that are important it's a guide on what it means to play the game to achieve the goal of destroying the Nexus successfully. from this information you're supposed to be able to better understand why cool down management is important.

I'd merge numbers 2 and 3. Being able to note the differences between you and your opponent is considered analysis, is it not? In fact, I'd just generalize the whole concept as "Analysis". Gauging your strength, your opponent's strength, any enviromental advantages they have, looking for champions out of position, being in position yourself, etc.

You're not reading it properly if you think they're addressing the same topics.

Very well thought out. Not much to add except the bump and the +1.

You may want to include that a lot of what happens in step 3 becomes second nature as time goes on and is different than reactionary engages. That is, when you find yourself on the receiving end of a gank, the process for fight or flight tends to be more streamlined; when you're planning an engage, you can use this a a great mental check list.

You should post it in a place that will move slower than GD. SR or TT forums would fit. Or a guide site.

I feel like a very large portion of understanding whether you can engage depends on cooldowns, especially at the higher ELOs. A lot of laning depends on your cooldowns and understanding their cycles and which point you can engage in your enemy's cycle. Jayce, for example is weak when he shifts out of hammer stance.

It could just have a very large subsection within that point.

I'm going to decline and reiterate it's not that kind of guide no matter how awesome and important an action it is.
