Q: Vandal Strike
Cooldown; 4 secs
Bonus Magic Damage: 40/ 70/100/130/150
Mana:40

Crowley strike the target with his cane on his next auto-attack; gaining 150 attack range and dealing his total AD with bonus magic damage (+60% AP). Crowley's third Vandal Strike impacts his target, knocking it back slightly.

W: Mastermind
Cooldown: 12/11/10/9/8 secs
Bonus Magic Damage: 80/110/140/170/200
Shield Amount: 80/100/120/140/160
Mana: 4/55/65/75/90

Crowley passively enjoys Crowd Control reduction and reduced AOE damage. On activation, Crowley's cane becomes charged with dark energies, dealing bonus magic damage (+40% AP) on his next auto-attack. After 1 second, Crowley gains a shield for a flat amount plus a 10% of the total damage he did to that target during the delay. If his shield is broken, Crowley gains another stack of Active Camo.

E: Grapnel Shot
Cooldown: 18/16/14/12/10 secs
Magic Damage:60/95/125/150/185
Mana: 50/65/80/95/110
Range: 950

Crowley uses his grapnel gun, firing a skillshot in a line that deals magic damage (+60% AP) and pulls Crowley to the first enemy or wall hit. The target is stunned while Crowley pulls himself to them and for a short delay afterwards.

R: Nemesis Pulse
Cooldown: 105/90/75 secs
Magic Damage:150/250/350
Magic Damage(on both hits): 200/300/400
Defense Reduction: 5%/10%/15%
Defense Reduction(on both hits): 10%/15%/20%
Mana:100/125/150

Crowley unleashes a wave of dark matter that expands from him and contracts back to him. The wave deals magic damage (+70% AP) and shreds x% of their defenses as it passes through them. The % values double and they take additional damage (+90% AP) if the wave hit them as it contracts back to Crowley. If Nemesis Pulse is used on an Active Camo proc, the wave becomes blurred and very hard for enemy players to see.

Strategy
Crowley's passive gives him stealth. There are several wonderful things you can do with stealth in League of Legends. Nuff said. Although, there is one major problem with this passive. It is completely useless in the jungle. The active stealth would just reset the jungle camp.

Crowley is an AP assassin who can be very tricky in-lane and disruptive on top of doing impressive burst damage. This burst damage comes from stacking bonus magic damage on top of one auto-attack (similiar to the way TF can do impressive burst damage by stacking on-hit magic damage onto one attack). This allows Crowley to do a ton of damage quickly and get a big shield from his Mastermind.

His Q gives a better chance to farm from safe distances farther away from potential harass. Once he gets his third Q up, he can go in for an attack and get his shield from Mastermind without much retaliation from single targets (since he is disrupting their character by knocking them around/ think of Maokai's arcane smash).

Grapnel Shot is a gap closer with a long CD. He can use it to close the distance between a target and himself, disrupting his enemy and allowing his team to catch up. He must use it sparingly or take the risk of being stuck without it. This ability is much better if used on an Active Camo pro for obvious reasons, allowing him to stealth juke enemies.

Crowley's ultimate is the reason he is useful in teamfights. Press R to do a lot of AOE damage and make all the enemies you just hit squishier, giving your team an edge over the enemy team in the fight. When I was imagining this ability, there was a problem. If Crowley used his ultimate to become invisible, would his ultimate animation also become invisible? That would hardly be fair because enemy players can't run away or jump over it. And if it didn't then the enemy team could just watch his ultimate animation (the direction it moves as Crowley moves) and make Crowley's stealth nearly useless. By making the ultimate an invisible blurred wave of unpleasantness, it becomes more difficult to avoid and giving Crowley the opportunity to take advantage of his own passive.

Lore
(A work in progress!)
Crowley is a master-thief with genius-intelligence, zero moral compass and a pension for violence. Crowley is based on the super-criminals of the comic book worlds, like Lex Luthor or the Joker. Crowley is one of Zaun's infamous super-criminals and controls "the Family". The Family is a shadowy crime syndicate, Valoran's version of the mob. They control the criminal enterprises in Zaun. They seek to expand their operations into Piltover and, eventually, the rest of Valoran. Some also believe that the Family was involved in the recent conspiracy in Kalamanda, purposely trying to start a full-scale conflict between Demacia and Noxus. A few more, including Caitlyn herself, believe that Crowley is the infamous burglar "C" and that the Family's recent interest in Piltover is evidence of that fact.

Crowley Alzamaster was originally raised in Piltover and his family dates back to the dark days of the Rune War conflicts. His family were war-profitters during the second Rune War,gaining their power and wealth by selling advanced hextech weapons to both sides of the war. When the Institute of War was set up to control the use of unchecked magic, the Alzamaster house fell into debt and ruin. Having made many enemies over the years, the Alzamasters were exiled from Piltover never to return. They young Crowley vowed that one day he would return his family to their original prestige and burn Piltover and the Institute of War to the ground. Eventually finding refuge in Zaun, Crowley grew up in a dark, twisted crime-filled underworld. While not physically strong, Crowley used his intellect and charisma to manipulate and outsmart his enemies and consolidate power . By the time Crowley was an adult he had united the once-fractured gangs of Zaun into the Family.

You might want to stabalize the rate of damage increrase per rank and buff the damage for rank 1. I would making it rank as 50/75/100/125/150, letting it start at 50 and increase by increments of 25 should make it easier to work with. Also you might want to nerf his passive as it is too powerful given the ease at which he can gain it.. The easiest way you could handle this would probably be to remove the effect that applies Active Camo from his spell called Mastermind. This would actually kill two birds with one stone because of the fact that this ability is a little too strong anyway. Given that this spell gives a passive that gives him increased resistance to crowd control and reduced AOE damage, in addition to an active that does fairly decent damage and applies a shield, adding Active Camo to this ability just makes this spell too OP. All that said though, I do like the concept and I think that he would be a fun champion to play.

BTW if you would like to take a look at some of my champions, I could really use some outside opinions on how to make them better. Here's a link to my champion database. http://na.leagueoflegends.com/board/...9#post31892559
