I know this will never happen, but I had some ideas for champions based on One Piece characters and I wanted to share them because I think its fun. Forgive any grammar mistakes as English is not my native language.
I have more ideas and would love to post, but I won't waste my and your time posting here if you guys don't like it. So please rate and comment, other good ideas and suggestions are always welcome.

CHAMPION: Monkey D. Luffy, the Straw Hat Captain

HOLES:

-Melee
-Fighter
-Solo Laner/Jungler

ABILITIES:

[Secret Passive] - Devil Fruit User
--> This champion is 1% more susceptible to crowd control effects from water based spells.

NOTE: Luffy does not benefit from AP and have no resources such as mana or energy (like Katarina or Garen).

[Passive] - Rubber Rubber Fruit
--> Every few seconds, Luffy's next basic attack will deal bonus physical damage and have bonus range. Casting abilities shortens this cooldown.

[Q] - Rubber Rubber Bazooka (no cost; skill shot)
--> Luffy stretches his arms forward, dealing physical damage and stunning the first enemy hit.

[W] - Rubber Rubber Gatling Gun (no cost; skill shot)
--> Luffy launches a flurry of punches in a cone, dealing physical damage. The more enemies in the AoE, the less damage it deals to each one up to a minimum.

[E] - Rubber Rubber Balloon (no cost; selfcast)
--> Luffy inflates himself with air. For a moment, all physical damage dealt to him will be absorbed. Until this ability effect ends, he may press [E] again in order to cast Rubber Rubber Rocket.

[E] - Rubber Rubber Rocket (no cost; terrain)
--> Luffy releases the air inside him, propelling himself towards your cursor, dealing physical damage to all enemies in the way.

NOTE: After learning his Ultimate, Luffy will have to chose one of the two abilities available (Gear Second or Gear Third) to use until the game ends. This is similar to Kah' Zix evolution parts, but his ultimate won't be available until the Summoner chooses one.

[R] - Gear Second (no cost; selfcast)
--> Luffy gains temporally bonus attack damage, attack speed and movement speed. Additionally, during this time, his passive cooldown is reduced.

[R] - Gear Third (no cost; selfcast)
--> Luffy gains temporally bonus attack damage, armor and magic resist. Additionally, during this time, his abilities' AoE are increased.

CHAMPION: Portgas D. Ace, the Fire Fist

HOLES:

-Ranged
-Caster
-Solo Laner

ABILITIES:

[Secret Passive] - Devil Fruit User
--> This champion is 1% more susceptible to crowd control effects from water based spells.

[Passive] - Fire Fire Fruit
--> Every time Ace casts an ability he is healed based on his Ability Power.

[Q] - Fire Fist (skill shot)
--> Ace fires a flame column in a line, dealing magic damage to enemy units hit and temporally reducing their armor and magic resist.

[W] - Fire Gun (self cast)
--> For a few seconds Ace's basic attacks deal reduced physical damage, but deal bonus magic damage and have massively increased attack speed.

[E] - Firefly Light (terrain)
--> Ace creates many small, glowing greenish yellow fireballs that float around an area. If they come into contact with an enemy champion, they'll attach to it and grant vision. After a while, the fireflies burst in flames, dealing magic damage to surrounding enemies.

[R] - Fire Emperor (target area; channeling)
--> Ace channels while summoning a gigantic ball of fire. He will then throw it at target area, slowing and burning all enemy units inside, dealing massive magic damage per second. Spell shields will only work against the first damage wave.

CHAMPION: Nami, the Cat Burglar

HOLES:

ABILITIES:

[Passive] - Burglar's Bad Habits
--> Nami's autoattacks steal gold from enemy champions. This effect cannot occur on the same champion for a while.

[Q] - Cold Ball (skillshot)
--> Nami lauches a Cold Ball forward, dealing magic damage and chilling the target, slowing it. Additionally, for a few seconds Nami may press [Q] again to cast Heat Ball.

[Q] - Heat Ball (skillshot)
--> Nami lauches a Heat Ball forward, dealing magic damage and heating the first target hit, reducing its magic resist. Targets with both Chill and Heat will take additional magic damage and be stunned.

[W] - Gust Sword (skill shot)
--> Nami shoots a gust of pressurized air in a cone that knockbacks enemy units. Enemies will take magic damage if they collide with other units.

[E] - Mirage Weather (selfcast)
--> Nami stealths for a brief moment and then reappears along with several copies of her running into different directions. Copies do no damage and disappear after taking any damage.

[R] - Black Ball (terrain; very short cooldown and mana cost)
--> Nami puts a Black Ball on a target location. Enemies who step into it will pop the ball, take magic damage and get attack and movement speed briefly reduced. While Black Ball is on cooldown, Nami may press [R] again to cast Thunder Lance.

[R] - Thunder Lance (autocast)
--> Nami releases a bolt that automatically seeks the nearest Black Ball or enemy champion (prioritizes champions). If it strikes a Black Ball, the ball will explode, dealing magic damage in a small area, and the bolt will jump to a nearby champion. If it strikes a champion, it deals magic damage and jumps to a nearby Black Ball. The bolt keeps jumping between champions and Black Balls until there are no more targets in range. Casting Thunder Lance puts Black Ball on a longer cooldown.

NOTE: Thunder Lance's bolt cannot jump from champion to champion, nor from Black Ball to Black Ball. Is must alternate between those two.

CHAMPION: Sanji, the Black-Leg

HOLES:

-Support
-Duo Laner

ABILITIES:

[Secret Passive] - Chivalry
--> Sanji deals 1 less damage to women characters.

[Passive] - Sky Walk
--> Casting abilities grants Sanji momentary bonus movement speed and unit collision immunity. Additionally, the next autoattack will have increased range and make Sanji jump to the target (attacking ends Sky Walk effect).

[Q] - Anti-manner Kick Course (target unit)
--> Sanji jumps behind an enemy unit and kicks it upwards, dealing physical damage and knocking target airborne.

[W] - Armeť de L'air (ally cast; area target; skill shot)
--> Sanji uses his leg to launch an allied champion forwards. When that champion lands, enemy champions in the area take magic damage and are slowed.

NOTE: Landing damage counts as Sanji damage output, so if that damage slays an enemy champion, kill score goes for Sanji.

[E] - Fabulous Food (ally cast)
--> Sanji feeds an allied champion with a delicious meal, regenerating health, mana and granting tenacity to the ally over a few seconds.

[R] - Diable Jumbe (selfcast)
--> Sanji heats his lower legs, granting him bonus attack speed, magic damage per hit and the ability to reduce enemies armor with every basic attack successfully landed.

CHAMPION: Boa Hancock, the Pirate Empress

HOLES:

ABILITIES:

[Secret Passive] - Devil Fruit User
--> This champion is 1% more susceptible to crowd control effects from water based spells.

[Passive] - Love Love Fruit
--> Hancock's basic attacks add Dirty Thoughts on her targets. At 7 stacks, the buff resets and the target is charmed.

[Q] - Slave Arrow (skill shot)
--> Hancock fires arrows in a cone for magic damage. Slave Arrow also applies 3 Dirty Thoughts stacks.

[W] - Love Love Mellow (skill shot)
--> Hancock shoots a heart beam in a line that consumes target's Dirty Thoughts stacks for magic damage. Units with 5 or more stacks will be stunned, and units with no stacks will instantly receive 5 stacks (but won't suffer from the other effects of this ability).

[E] - Look Down (area around)
--> Hancock gives a disapproving gaze, temporally reducing all nearby enemies' attack damage and ability power based on their Dirty Thoughts stacks.

[R] - Perfume Femur (area around; channeling)
--> Hancock uses her charm to spread Dirty Thoughts all around her, stunning any unit that gets charmed. For a few moments, all enemies in effect area will rapidly receive stacks (up to 4 in maximum duration) and will be slowed when trying to move away from her. After channel is done, Hancock will unleash a flurry of stone-turning kicks dealing magic damage to all units around her.

NOTE: The stun on this ability comes after the charm (the unit will still walk towards Hancock, then get stunned). Also, kick range is smaller than the ultimate range itself, so only close units will receive the damage.

CHAMPION: Ronoroa Zoro, the Pirate Hunter

HOLES:

-Melee
-Assassin
-Solo Laner/Jungler

ABILITIES:

NOTE: Zoro spells use energy as resource (like ninjas and monks).

[Passive] - Open Wounds
--> Zoro's abilities apply Open Wounds. Enemies affected will bleed and take physical damage as long as they attempt to move. This effect stacks up to 3 times.

[Q] - Demon Slash (target unit)
--> Zoro dashes to target enemy, dealing physical damage to target and all enemy units on the way (only the target receives passive). This attacks deals bonus damage if Zoro is faced back to the target just before casting.

[W] - Dragon Twister (area around)
--> Zoro spins, dealing physical damage to all enemies around. Additionally, units very close to him will be knocked airborne.

[E] - 108 Pound Cannon (skillshot; target area)
--> Zoro shoots a heavy projectile of compressed air by twisting all his 3 swords. The projectile travels in an arc, dealing magic damage and knocking sideways all enemies struck.

[R] - Asura (area around; channeling)
--> Zoro becomes immune to disables and begin to channel. After channeling is done, he will unleash his swords all around him, dealing great magic damage and putting 3 stacks of Open Wounds on all enemies.

NOTE: Zoro's [E] and [R] both deal magic damage, but benefit from both AP and AD as well. His passive benefits only from leveling.

CHAMPION: Tony Tony Chopper, the Cotton Candy Lover

HOLES:

-Melee/Ranged
-Support/Tank
-Duo Laner

ABILITIES:

[Secret Passive] - Devil Fruit User
--> This champion is 1% more susceptible to crowd control effects from water based spells.

NOTE: Chopper gameplay feels like Udyr or Sona. The difference is that whenever he change his Point, he gets a persistent status and may cast an active ability anytime he wants. Also, Chopper does have an ultimate that is a temporally morphing ability. When Chopper morphs, all his other morphs will enter on a small cooldown. He will begin the game in Brain Point form, but as soon as you learn a spell, he will automatically chage to that point for no mana cost.

[Passive] - Doctor's Advice
--> Allies near Chopper have bonus on all healing effects.

[Q] - Brain Point (selfcast)
--> Chopper morphs into a reindeer and human hybrid, with a small body and large head. In this form, he gets bonus Ability Power and ranged attacks, but have reduced armor, and attack damage. While Chopper is on Brain Point, he may press [Q] again to cast Band Aid/Scope.

[Q] - Band Aid/Scope (target champion)
--> On ally cast: Chopper heals target ally and remove all damaging status on him.
On enemy cast: Chopper channels and marks a target. Marked targets take increased damage on the next hit from Chopper or an allied champion. Taking damage while channeling cancels this ability (it still goes on cooldown).

[W] - Walk Point (selfcast)
--> Chopper morphs into a full reindeer. In this form, he gets bonus movement speed and ignores unit collision, but have reduced ability power and armor. While Chopper is on Walk Point, he may press [W] again to cast Trample.

[W] - Trample (skillshot)
--> Chopper charges forward, he will then carry the first enemy unit hit. If Chopper then collides with terrain, enemy unit will take magic damage and will be rooted.

[E] - Heavy Point (selfcast)
-->Chopper Morphs into a big, furred and muscular humanoid. In this form, he gets bonus attack damage and armor, but have reduced movement speed and ability power. While in Heavy Point, Chopper may press [E] again to cast Heavy Gong.

[E] - Heavy Gong (selfcast)
-->Chopper's next basic attack deals bonus physical damage and stun the target.

[R] - Monster Point (selfcast; costs 1 Rumble Ball)
--> Chopper morphs into a monstrous huge beast, gaining massive attack damage, armor and magic resist bonus. Additionally, Chopper's basic attacks deal splash damage. When this ability's duration ends, Chopper will revert to Brain Point with no mana and slowed movement. This ability's cooldown can't be reduced.

NOTE: Rumble Ball is a special item available in the store only for Chopper.

CHAMPION: Brook, the Soul King

HOLES:

ABILITIES:

[Secret Passive] - Devil Fruit User
--> This champion is 1% more susceptible to crowd control effects from water based spells.

[Passive] - Revive Revive Fruit
--> Upon dying, Brook releases his soul for a limited time. Brook's Soul may move around the map, revealing it. The soul can't deal or take damage or collide with other units.

[Q] - Blizzard Slash (target unit)
--> Brook briefly disappears and then reappears in the same place turned backwards to his target. After a few seconds, the target will take magic damage and get slowed.

[W] - Milk Bath (self cast)
--> Brook throws a bottle of milk upon himself, healing him and granting bonus armor and magic resist for a few seconds.

[E] - Humming Swordsman (passive; selfcast)
--> Passively grants Brook bonus movement speed. Activating Humming Swordsman grants Brook temporally attack speed and bonus magic damage per hit.

[R] - Quinte Tierce Fantasia (area around)
--> Brook uses his music to hypnotize his opponents in a big area, making them see illusions. While playing, he can't attack or cast spells but can move. After finishing his song, he briefly disappears, slash all nearby opponents and reappears on the same place. All enemies slashed take magic damage.

CHAMPION: Usopp, the King of the Snipers

HOLES:

-Ranged
-Carry
-Duo Laner

ABILITIES:

NOTE: Usopp uses Pop Green as resource for his abilities. Pop Greens replenishment is based on cooldown reduction.

[Passive] - Usopp Googles
--> Usopp basic attacks have increased range each time he lands a hit up to a maximum.

[Q] - Sargasso (skillshot)
--> Usopp shoots a seed that explodes into an array of resilient seaweed, dealing physical damage, tangling and slowing the first enemy hit.

[W] - Human Mandrake (target area)
--> Usopp throws some Pop Green at target area. When an enemy unit step on it, they will grow into many mandrakes, following and attacking enemies (prioritizes champions). Mandrakes share vision with Usopp, but their sight range is small.

[E] - Rafflesia (target area)
--> Usopp launches some Pop Green in target area, revealing a huge rafflesia flower. The flower then excretes a foul smelling odor, silencing nearby enemies and reducing their attack speed.

[R] - Impact Wolf (target champion)
--> Usopp launches a Pop Green that grow into a plant shaped as a wolf. It will then seek its target. Upon colliding with any enemy champion it will explode, dealing physical damage and stunning all units around.

CHAMPION: Franky, the Cyborg

HOLES:

-Melee
-Tank
-Duo Laner/Jungler

ABILITIES:

NOTE: Franky uses Cola as a resource that does not replenishes over time. Only when Franky is out of Cola he will fully refills it, but get briefly silenced and slowed while doing so.

[Passive] - Can't reach my back
--> Franky takes reduced damage from basic attacks as long as he is facing the attacker.

[Q] - Franky Cannon (target area)
--> Franky shoots a cannonball at target area, dealing magic damage and knocking enemy units away.

[W] - Strong Right (skillshot)
--> Franky fires his right hand to grab an opponent on its path. He will hold the opponent for a few seconds, slowing it and making it unable to get away from Franky. Activating this ability again will release the target.

NOTE: While Franky is holding an unit, the distance between the 2 may decrease, but not increase. This means that neither Franky nor his target will be able to move away if the other is not moving or moving in the opposing direction.

[E] - Weapons Left (autocast)
--> Franky fire multiple bullets in a cone in front of him for a few seconds, dealing magic damage and reducing magic resist.

[R] - Radical Beam (skillshot)
--> Franky charges and unleash a powerful beam in a line, dealing high magic damage. In addition, units hit will get blinded for a few seconds.

CHAMPION: Nico Robin, the Devil Child

HOLES:

-Ranged

-Solo Laner

ABILITIES:

[Secret Passive] - Devil Fruit User
--> This champion is 1% more susceptible to crowd control effects from water based spells.

[Passive] - Cien Fleur, Wings
--> When Robin's health is low and she is being chased, she will automatically create two wings made of limbs on her back and propel herself forwards, and all Cuerpo Fleur's copies will vanish.

[Q] - Clutch (target enemy)
--> Robin creates two arms around target enemy's neck and clutch it, dealing magic damage and silencing the target. If there are Cuerpo Fleur's copies nearby, they will also use clutch on different targets for a smaller damage output.

[W] - Calendula (selfcast)
--> Robin create many arms that twist around her, deflecting the first non-area spell that hits her. If no spells are deflected when this ability effects ends, its cooldown is shortened. If there are Cuerpo Fleur's copies nearby, they will also seem to use Calendula although it will only grant them a small magic damage shield.

[E] - Cuerpo Fleur (terrain; target copy)
--> Robin summons a copy of herself on your cousor's location. Copies take highly increase damage, don't benefit from movement speed itens and their attack damage is based on Robin's Ability Power. If a copy is slain, Robin takes damage. Casting Cuerpo Fleur while the cursor in upon an existing copy will make it vanish (this can be done even if Cuerpo Fleur is on cooldown). Copies can't be directly controlled.

[R] - Mil Fleur (target area)
--> Robins summons two gigantic legs and stomps target area, dealing a high amount of magic damage per second as well as slowing units affected.

always with the copyright issues. We can post things for fun without copyright issues, as long as we say "oh these people have the rights etc. etc." as far as I know. Creative Commons License. This isn't a "riot pls do this" forum, this is more of an "I have an idea, lets see if people like it" forum.
