1. Zoning is exchange.

2. This is the reason of turret's dmg nerf. Allow people dive at lv3+.
3. Dont forget pink ward, you can make the safe time longer with pink ward. B will pay gold for pink ward to keep playing aggressive and zoning enemy
4. Support can help by using Clairvoyance, this spell will increases the safe time for aggressive top laner zoning

You have no wards at level 1. You have wards at 7 minutes in the game.

Nope, penguin is 1st the person who talking about top lane.
If the jungle nerf happen, the game will be
Top : Carry vs Carry
Mid : Ap Carry vs Ap Carry
Bot : ADC + support vs ADC + support
Jungle : Jungler vs Jungler

Jungler gank hardly at early. If you was Season 1 player, you will know how did they jungle, WW wont gank until he was 6. That mean the time for 1st blood will be increased. Current 1st blood happen at 15:00~20:00, except the eastern team ( Azubu ) they break the meta many times, forces enemy's support waste ward and many kill happen after.

Edit: We arent playing CoD. The reason FB takes so long in some pro games is because they dont make mistakes.

Look at it this way, instead of having 2 characters top lane with boots & pots for maximum safety, they'll just as likely have a doran's blade or longsword, it's probably going to get bloody much earlier, and decided based on player skill and character matchup instead of on who got ganked. Sounds good to me.
