We impose time limits on ourselves so that, if an idea isn't coming together, we don't get stuck in a rut with it and spend a lot of time going nowhere. Sometimes the best solution to a design problem's to give it a bit of time and then reassess or let someone else take a crack at the issue. In cases like this, where we feel the basic idea's sound, that's very much 'Let's try this again later' rather than 'This isn't actually good idea, let's scarp this concept'.

Any champions in your memory that were postponed for a while and managed to make it to reality?

Meddler, just asking a question I tried to ask you on the PBE here (sorry for derailing a topic slightly) but the fact that reds are active here makes it seem like a good opportunity to....

Is there a reason you use the current separation of AA and Spell ranges, which is what lead to the Sejuani W issues due to her new model being larger, "extending" her AA range by a few which threw off her W?

At least to me, it would make more sense if both ranges were based on the same thing, either the AA range of edge of champ model, or the center of model spell range system, for both.

Well, a year later and you guys still haven't thought about any good ideas? You guys managed to do very well with Nami and Zac, and I suppose you could use a few ideas from those two and implement them onto a sand mage, or Seth.

A sand mage would be quite cool especially if he/she somehow resembles Gaara from Naruto

Are champ redesigns also time limited?
It kind of backfired with Karma. Hard.
