Can a disclaimer be given at the start of activating a Ranked Queue stating something along the lines of: Being level 30 does NOT qualify a player's experience to be suitable for ranked play. I would really appreciate Riot at least acknowledging this problem and working to pro-actively help the community.

RESPONSE: I am in no way suggesting that Riot keeps players from queueing into ranked, I am simply asking that they acknowledge the amount of experience and knowledge that is required to be a ranked contender. I feel that this community is full of players that view ranked as the main mode of play at level 30. When in actuality it takes two - three times more normal games, past level 30, before most players have refined the kind of skill that respectful ranked performance demands.
