You're taking this out of context. Way to go. This is asking the experienced players to help the new players learn how to play. Please stop trolling.

How to not get reported (or, punished if you are reported):

1) Don't be a jerk.

Congratulations, you did it.

You're missing a few points here...

If you want to make as sure as possible to avoid receiving unjustified bans you should follow the following guideline:

No Allchat,

No Jungle,

NEVER try to fight for the position you want to play, just fil the gap every time
(except for jungling, the NO-Jungle is higher priority. Just say "I can't jungle, sory :-("

Only Tier 1 Champions with most commonly used builds,

Play very safe after reaching a -1 k:d ratio,

Don't talk except misses or when you forced to answer, and then keep it low

Dear friend, I understand the way you feel. You have the right to remain silent and I reccomend that you do so and communicate with you team in pings. It takes a strong person to admit when they cannot do something. I hope in the future you are able to be a positive memeber of our community and do not feel the need to use hurtful words anymore. Good luck my friend =)

Noob/Newb/Newbie is one of the oldest terms in video games. If you don't like it don't play games.
