Long before many of the recent technological advances of Piltover's esteemed Heimerdinger, lies a myth of a powerful, abandoned weapon. Project Neuro was breaking science, a living bomb designed end conflict with his volatile presence. Although his humanoid form gave him the characteristics of a feeling being, Neuro was designed to follow orders without any trace of doubt, or remorse. Neuro's cold body was comprised of an unmatched source of energy wrapped in a shell created by the finest Alchemist in Noxious, Singed, of diamond infused steel.

Harnessing a chaotic, nuclear energy, Project Neuro was capable of obliterating immense amounts of space in only moments. His creators constantly tested the extent of his powers, pushing his limits, offering him more challenging objects to destroy. Finally, they demanded that Neuro destroy a separate sample of the alloy his flesh was built out of. Neuro's suit began to glow, fumes of toxic heat escaped from his body as he prepared to disintegrate the sample. As he exerted all of his strain, he felt a circuit break deep within his system. In a second, he, and his makers, not far from the test site, were no more.

Many years later, the sentient beings would open his eyes once more. In the private factory of the Defender of Tomorrow. Neuro had been reconstructed, and more than that, he was now conscious of his actions. He raised his arm, which was not quite as sleek as a time before. Jayce told him that for the sake of humanity, that he had taken a portion of his power, but even still warned him of what he was capable of. Neuro would not take this opportunity for granted. After departing from his savior, he began the long journey to the League of Legends.

Project Neuro is a melee champion with ranged abilities.


Passive: Chemical Burn - Neuro's abilities apply a debuff, Chemical Burn. Chemical Burn deals 20/60/100 magic damage over 3 seconds, and reduces the targets armor and magic resistance 5. Chemical Burn stacks up to 3 times.

Q: Irradiate 9/8/7/6/5 second CD

Project Neuro inflicts an enemy champion with an aura of radiation, dealing 20/60/100/140/180 (+.5 AP) magic damage to them every second for 3 seconds. If Irradiate is cast on an enemy inflicted with Chemical Burn, the damage is increased by 10/15/20/25/30% and Project Neuro's next auto attack will stun the target for .5 seconds.

W: Impenetrable 22/20/18/16/14 second CD

Passive - Project Neuro gains 5/10/15/20/25% bonus armor.

Active - Project Neuro reduces all incoming damage by 5/10/15/20/25% for 3/3/4/4/5 seconds. The duration of this ability is increased by 1 second when an enemy takes damage from Irradiate, up to a maximum of 5 seconds.

E: Unstabilize 12/11/10/9/8 second CD

Project Neuro unleashes his full power, dealing 60/110/160/210/160 +(.8 AP) magic damage to nearby enemies and increasing his movement speed by 10/20/30/40/50% for 3 seconds. While Unstabilize is on cooldown, Project Neuro remains unstable, causing his abilities to slow enemies by 5/10/15/20/25% for 2 seconds.

R: Disentegration 90/80/70 second CD

After channeling for 1.5 seconds, Neuro releases a catastrophic explosion in a large nearby area, dealing 200/400/600 + (.2 AP) magic damage. Enemies who stand in the area where the skill was cast will recieve a stack of Chemical Burn every second.

Good concept, but seems to have some balance issues, why does his E deal less base damage for it's 1 time cast than his Q deals 3 times?
