No. I want a clear set of rules that EVERYONE is held to. Not just the common folk that play, but the pro players as well. I don't want to see people banned for "spamming emotes" then have these guys running around telling people to "stfu you suk dik" without even being punished. Thats the problem.

may people forget that at their elo these guys play with or against each other in just about every game. So they tend to see them quite often and know where they stuck or made a mistake and riff them about it. Many of them are fine with the way they act towards each other and others dont care for it. I would suggest that if you dont find a streamer to be enjoyable that you move on to the next. There are many of them out there to learn from and finding one you enjoy makes it worth the search.

I do appreciate the response, Lyte. I report the people who stream and start in with the toxic behavior.

Report when I see pro player stream and then go afk stating Riot should be allowing him to quit the game at 5 minutes because he can't learn anything after he goes 0-3 in first 5 minutes while blaming himself during deaths then describing how the team caused them when he goes afk. Never watched the stream again as I know nothing would happen even with Leavebuster.

I don't like it when the ones I watch do bad things but I am the same way though I don't type it into the chat for the most part and generally asking a question about why something was done. I see Becca and Dan get upset but they seem to state how they messed up as much as they blame teammates. I see Dan do stupid thing die and run back and do it again and type into chat about how bad he is at this game. I know perfection can't be expected but taunting and afk are some things that I don't think I should ever see from a Riot employee which is what I see pro team players being since Riot pays them.

Its only harassment if the person that is getting cussed at is offended... Maybe the people he is playing against are not thin skinned man-women... So they don`t report.. Maybe they take it as they should.... Just words in a game....

Yeah man, because the Tribunal doesn't get enough people banned for cracking eggshells. Gotta make sure you punish people who aren't getting reported (AKA they aren't bothering anyone in the game), aswell!

Featured Streamers are people that have contracts with the streaming site, Twitch.tv uses the term "partners". The streaming site gives them money to attract large numbers of viewers, in turn they are required to show commercials and put adds on their page. This is an agreement between the streamer and the site, Riot has no say in this. Twitch and similar streaming sites have warnings about adult language, so they don't care if it's used or not, pretty much their only rule is you can't stream porn or anything extremely offensive like babies being killed. If you think you're somehow going to get his contract with whatever site he's streaming on taken away, you're sadly mistaken.

cmon gents, how many games do these pros play? how many games do they talk a bit of **** in?

if it's 1-5% of the games they play, then they probably wont get banned

ragers rage in about 50%+ of the games they play I would say. I would know, since when I play after midnight (usually tired) I got off the handle more often then not on bad players. Not saying it's right, just taking steps to fix it because if it's earlier in the evening, there's rarely an issue, hahaha

what can I say, a guy gets cranky...lol

wrong. Riot has their own page that features streamers. http://competitive.na.leagueoflegends.com/streamers/

Are the streams hosted by other websites? yes. Does riot have to feature them on their own website? no.

He's not talking about banning them. He would be the guy to talk to about that. He's talking about whether or not a featured streamer exemplifies the standard they are trying to set. If they don't... they don't need riot to advertise for them.

The first part: good and accurate.

The second part: not so much.

Here's something that someone else wrote before you made your post that is more relevant... in case you missed it.
