None supportive players and language barriers in the North America Region

More and more players are not helping each other. All they do is talk negative making a player want to leave in the middle of the game but cannot do that or they will get banned for 30 days. Also playing North America why are more and more players chatting in game in a Language other than English? None f this type of playing is fare to Beginners and those who only speak English. If they want to speak in their normal Language find a region with players that speak their language.....

I'll agree with you that the Wiki says this. You're right.

See, here's where we disagree. I don't get that interpretation out of the wiki page at all.
