Effects: Wilhm strikes his tome with his axe causing it to explode into a storm of red and yellow clouds, the clouds rain blood on the area of effect. A light effect is also added which revolves ferociously around the Champion.

Skins

Classic: Wilhm is an older man, large in stature. He has long dark gray hair with a medium length dark gray beard. His armor is a rusted gold and white chest plate and leggings. He wears no helmet. Wilhm has a blue tattered cloak with many bloodstains. His face is old and wrinkled. The tome is very large and is dark leather, there are ancient inscriptions on it that are glowing with holy magic. His axe is a short one handed double side axe, it is rusted from blood and the glow from the holy inscriptions are fading.

Purified: Same as Classic Skin just he is younger; hair is black, his armor, cape and axe are in perfect condition and he glows with holy radiance.

Lore
Wilhm is an ex Champion and Scholar of Demacia. His lust for power corrupted his holy ways and forced him to learn how to abuse the power of the gods. The General of Demacia (Garens Father) commanded him to stop his research and thus Wilhm was forced into learning in secret. After many years the still teen Garen found him practicing corrupt magic and told his father. Wilhm was then banished from Demacia for defying direct orders and practicing potentially dangerous magic. Wilhm roamed Valoran going from Piltover all the way down to Shurima Desert yearning for more ways to make himself more destructive. Now that he has finished his research and his heart has grown old and bitter, he yearns to get revenge on Demacia for banishing him because of research. Wilhm heard of the League of Legends and decided that would be his ultimate testing ground for his new magic but once arriving at the League he found out Garen is a contender as well. Wilhm has sworn to exterminate Garen and any other Demacian there.

Any thoughts? I feel like we could use some more Support Tanks, they are fun. (basically the ultimate deals 60-ish damage per second plus the 120% AP for the time listed there)

I like the idea. The synergy between Q and E is really cool. But he could easily be built AP and deal Tons of Damage^tm. The ratios are pretty high, I suggest 40% for his E, and 90-100% for his ult. He can still very much justify buying AP, but won't be out of control if he does.

EDIT: One more thing; Why did you make the time that his ult takes scale with level? It seems like it is just kind of there to be there. At 3rd rank, his ult would take twice as long to complete, which seems more detrimental to him than anything.

I was actually thinking the same thing about the AP ratio, as for his ult, the time scales with it because he's a sustained fighter not a bruiser. Having it last longer increases the time he could survive in a group battle.

If he would go into a group fight with an ad carry like lets say ashe, and some other person. It's a 3v5 lets say, he would go in, Q one person, hit E to blind by then he should've already taken damage and his passive would probably already be stacked, heal himself now he is at full health with 70% extra resistances, throws up his ult that is a decent damage DoT along with a heal over time. Before he would die odds are they would win that engagement with the ranged carries dealing massive damage with him CC'ing the fight.
