If Zayne attract an enemy when hes in the air, he reduce the magic resist of the enemy by 15% for 2.5 seconds.

W: Celestial Push - Zayne create a repulsive force to send away all nearby enemies dealing, 70/90/110/130/150 magic damages, and increase the movement speed of Zayne by 25%. If Zayne cast Celestial Push after he use Celestial attraction, he stun all nearby enemies for 1 seconds.
Cost: 45/55/65/75/85 mana
Range: 550
Cool-Down: 8.5/8/7.5/7/6.5

E: Telekinesis Land - Choose a location and use his attract power to put pressure in air and damage all enemies by 30/40/50/60/70 magic damages per seconds for 2 seconds and slow them by 35% for 2 seconds.
Cost: 60/70/80/90/100 mana
Range: 600
Cool-Down: 11/10/9/8/7

Ulti: Divine Astre - Zayne launches in the sky a small black sphere. The sphere suck all nearby enemies and create a giant sphere of rock for 3 seconds. After that, the sphere explose creating an giant explosion dealing 150/250/350 magic damages.
Cost: 100/150/200 mana
Range: 900
Cool-Down: 60/60/60
Edit 1: the range of all abilities have been reduce
Edit 2: the damage of Divine Astre and Celestial Attraction have been reduce
Edit 3: the effect of Celestial Attraction have been change to reduce the magic resist
Edit 4: Cool-Down have been put

Hi, nice concept, always loved champions who can control movements of ennemys, even though it can be quite OP if not taken care of...

Here he has way to much and powerful utilities, you have like Blitzcrank and Janna in the same character, being able to lift, slow, attract single target and AoE, no character will ever be able to flee from you and with all these CCs you will be quite hard to kill.

His W is too big, in fact all of the spells range are too big. The W alone surpasses most characters normal attack range, being able to drag others from 1100 range is alot too. Even though he doesn't deal that much damage, with AP it would scale high and with all these utilities, he wouldn't deal any his teammates could kill all of the ennemies...

It would be nice to have AP ratios and cooldowns too, if you can find time. for the ranges here it might help : http://leagueoflegends.wikia.com/wiki/Range
