I allow riot to make this champ as close to this design model and will not seek anything in return for their use of it.

(saw a guy complaining about panda teemo being his idea, so I wanted make it clear that i give roit complete rights to this idea if not stated elsewhere and that I designed it out of shear enjoyment of making champs and expect nothing back (though getting the champ for free would be nice XD))

When only a child the blood witch lived a normal sorceress life, training in the ways of magic, till one day a terrible force descended on her town. A brutish man wielding a large cleaver stuck down her parents with one strike as she hid. Seeing her parents in the aftermath, she wept and did the unspeakable for elemental sorcery, she began using her magic to try to put her parents blood back in their bodies, all for not since they had long since past by this time. Shunned by the other survivors for even attempting to control blood, she was exiled.

Now she bides her time, training, waiting, till the day she can exact her revenge on the butcher.

Passive: Niteris

Marks targets that bleed with Prime Niteris until all allies no longer have Niteris Blood marks on them and all bleed effects have dissipated (ie Fluo's blood trail).

Any enemy effected by the blood of Prime Niteris targets gains Niteris Blood (max stack 200) for 20 seconds. New stacks refresh the CD. Any ability cast on the Prime Niteris target will also effect Niteris Blood targets for a percentage equal to the number of stacks on them.

The Blood Witch controls the temperature of the opponents blood, boiling it as they near and freezing it as they leave.

The Blood Witch controls the temperature of the opponents blood, boiling their blood for 25/40/60/85/115 (0.3AP) * 750/distance damage per second and slowing them (distance-750)/2000 (in negative does NOT speed up enemy champ), at 100% slow the enemy champ is stunned for 1 second (stun effect applies on death of The Blood Witch).

Duration: 3 seconds

The Blood Witch ruptures the blood of an enemy, dealing damage and splashing their blood on near by allies.

The Blood Witch ruptures the blood of an enemy, dealing 50/60/78/126/250 (0.5AP) damage and splashing their blood on near by allies up to 750 units away with (200/distance)*100 stacks of Niteris Blood.

The Blood Witch Makes the target bleed and leave a trail of blood which can effect their allies.

The Blood Witch Makes the target bleed for (.1AP) per second and leave a trail of blood for 3 seconds per bit which can effect their allies with 1 stack of Niteris Blood every 10 units of blood ran through.

Range: 700
Duration: 10 seconds

The Blood Witch reallocates blood between all enemy champs in range of target.

The Blood Witch reallocates current hp (hp cannot be raised above max in the reallocation) and applies 50 stack of Niteris Blood and Niteris Prime to the target and all targets within 1000 units of the target.

Alternative Edit - Thank you Hadiya: The Blood Witch reallocates blood between all enemy champs in range of target and she will sense other enemy champion's blood, revealing there location.

Alternative Edit - Thank you Hadiya: The Blood Witch reallocates current hp (hp cannot be raised above max in the reallocation) and applies 50 stack of Niteris Blood and Niteris Prime to the target and all targets within 750 units of the target and will detect enemy champs up to 2500 units away for a couple seconds.

Damaging stack applier

Takes current hp of all enemies in range of target, divides by the number of effected targets, adds the amounts together adjusts the hp amounts to that amount. IE if 2 champs with 1000 and 2000 hp are effected, divided by 2 is 500 and 1000, added together is 1500 which the two champs hp is now set to. Since the 2000 hp champ is now set too 1500 he losses 500, while the 1000 hp champ can only have 1000 so 500 is wasted, for a total of 1000 theoretical damage though only 500 is actually lost.

really cool concept I think it would be cool if you gave it an ability to were you can see all enemy champions (nothing around them just the champions them selves) it could be called blood location ?

That is cool

The only issue is that her main concept is nuke damage to groups and if she cant spread Niteris Blood to a high enough stack she doesnt have that "first target" feel, and having Blood Sense would take from that

UNLESS it is an addition to her ult (slight reworking of existing effects of course), like a short 2 second view. Will edit for opinions.
