Me and my mates were thinking of a Very good healing team with 1 Hard Carry.
Any suggestions?

Soraka
Kayle
Taric

... And that is all we got. :/
We're planning to focus our healing on the hard carry.

Hmm thats a viable option, but we need a hard carry. We're thinking about tryn.

Kog'maw is the obvious choice. The current metagame is extremely tanky, so you need a carry who can kill tanks.

Failing that, literally anyone will work. There's no specific carry that works best with a heal comp, so pick up whoever and you'll be fine as long as they don't suck.

Edit:

Trade Soraka for Nidalee. You're team is seriously lacking in long-distance pokes/kiting ability, and AP Nid could supply that while still providing a heal.

It's waaaaaay better to do a Support+kite/poke comp.

Something like Taric, Morgana, Ashe, Janna, Shen.

Taric
Sona
Nidalee
Amumu
Tristana/Twitch/Kog Maw

Thats pretty much it, even if you have a full heal team, you also need a perfect tank which currently is Amumu and a hard carry, preferably Twitch that can wipe out a entire team post minute 25, Tristana that is a stable carry whole game long or Kog Maw that can chew down from huge range any type of champions, especially chunky ones.

Soraka is a bad choice as a champion, she doesn't have any dissables and heals pretty bad and only one target (not considering her ult) , there are alot better choices to be had, even janna fits better.
Kayle has a weak heal and can be replaced by better champions also.

You also want as much CC as possible for utility, Kayle and Soraka can't provide any, whilst Sona and Taric are a perfect choice for that, Nidalee is a offhealer and hybrid, she can also heal but also take on a role of a semi dps and AP champion so it fits the team in any regard.

tryn works well with kayles ult, which can effectively lengthen his own ult, though it requires good communication and practice. id recommend, if you are going for a full 5man based around healing, finding 2 carries you want fed, one for each side lane, and basing your second lane mate around that. Kayle and Taric would make a great lane, and a good soraka can effectively zone out an enemy completely, which lets her handle mid, though other champs can do that just as well.

maybe try a Kayle/Olaf in one lane, Taric/Kog'maw in the other, and a pick your poison in mid. lots of crowd control and good damage. maybe for your mid pick a champ that can bring some good AoE to discourage them from grouping up. Maybe gragas would fit well.
