Get a Rammus on your team.

Pray your Rammus is better than theirs.

.

Dominion is all about who have the most OP champions on his side.

OP...Rammus...those two things don't correlate (unless you spam Autoattacking Champs)

To beat a Rammus, build Last Whisper, Merc Treads, and any form of Lifesteal. Merc Treads reduces his taunt to near nothingness, and the MResist helps against reflected damage from his DBC and Thornmail (provided he builds one).

Last Whisper: If the Rammus you're playing with is any good, chances are he will be building armor, enough that even with just Thornmail his armor should be around 150-ish. Last Whisper allows you to do more damage to him than what he'd reflect towards you. Come the next patch when Armor/Magic Penetration is reworked, this will be even more beneficial to have.

Lifesteal: Self-explanatory. You're going to be hitting a Rammus, who should have a Thornmail and his DBC as his main arsenal of damage (unless he goes AP, which means he'll be squishier but do more damage with his R). You want something to cushion the damage you take, and if you're playing an autoattacking champ this is needed regardless.

So remember: Magic Resist (Merc Treads), Last Whisper (Should be built when anybody on the enemy team is building armor regardless to if there's a Rammus on the team or not), and Life Steal.

If all else fails, tell your team to focus him, especially when his DBC falls off.

Take it from a Rammus player at High ELO. This is how you beat a good rammus.
