Radhar - Plague of the Sands

Role: Fighter, Mage, Melee.

Appearance: Radhar was once a human. After his curse, he changed to a monstrous appearance. Hi head changed to a head of an Ibis (like the egypcian god Tot) and his flesh rotted, making him somewhat skeletal, with not much flesh covering his bones. He has some torn and soiled bandages attached to his body.

Quote:
Lore: A long time ago, in another world, before the fall of Renekton's sanity, Nasus and his brother served together to protect the Great Library. At the Great Library, an almost inffinity knowlendge waited those good in heart. For those with dark ambitions, Renekton was there to prevent them to reach such knowlendge. Nasus kept believing that such knowlendge was forbidden for wicked minds. However, there was someone who always believed in the opposite. Radhar was one of the wisest and kindest scholars Nasus had the pleasure to share his knowlendge with. But there was something in his mind that Nasus didn't know. Radhar believes that knowlendge is an universal right. It must be shared to everyone. However, he had never came into conflict against Nasus, nor against Renekton. Actually he had helped Nasus to teach the other scholars many times.

Unfortunatelly his heart wasn't strong enough for him to hold such knowlendge. The madness was starting to grow inside his mind and he started to not tolerate Nasus and his ideals. Radhar gathered some other very powerful scholars, planning to seize the Great Library. It was quickly discovered by Renekton, who sensed the dark ambition within his heart and warned Nasus. Radhar and his followers were soon restrained and punished. His followers were banished from the Great Library and Radhar were condemned to be eternally imprisoned inside a giant sarcophagus. Additionally, a curse were set upon him. "If someone would dare to free him from his confinement, Radhar would bring doom to the world. Eternally wandering from one land to another, infesting the world with his plague".

Many years has passed since both Nasus and Renekton were summoned by the League of Legends. With this event, Radhar's sarcophagus became unprotected and someone full of hatred in heart decided to unleash him to destroy the world. Finally Radhar was released from his confinement, but not from his curse. He wandered all the world bringing destruction and plague to those who encountered him. He sought Nasus and Renekton throughout the immensity of the sands, obviously without any success. The useless search had tormented him between ages when he finally was also summoned into the League of Legends. He descended inside the Plague Jungles. He doesn't know, but his chances to find those who had punished him had changed from zero to something real. However, it seems that his destiny will find him first, because Nasus has got aware of his presence into this world and is going to balance the priority between finishing his brother and sending Radhar to hell at once.

"Dark ambition...? What is dark ambition? Such subjective explanation from such an egoistic mind." -Radhar, The Plague of the Sands

Quote:
Innate: Desperate for Doom -> The more hurt Radhar gets, the more stronger his abilities get. The extra effects are listed at the respective abilities' explanation.
Quote:
Q Ability: Ancient Plague/Pestilent Storm ->

Passive: Every enemy unit auto-attacking Radhar is affected by his plague, getting their Attack Speed reduced and takes magic damage (max of 3 stacks) for 3 seconds. Radhar's auto-attacks and abilities also contaminate his targets. Desperate for Doom increases the magic damage-over-time of the plague. The more wounded Radhar is, the higher is the magic damage of this passive, increasing it by 1% for each percent of health he's missing. The count time for the magic damage-over-time cannot be reset.

-Magic Damage (per stack): 3 / 5 / 7 / 9 / 11 + 0.02 per AP.
-Atk Spd Reduction (per stack): 2 / 3 / 4 / 5 / 6 percent.

Note: When an enemy is affected by his plague and then is affected by it again, but with increased damage (by Radhar's Innate or leveling up this ability), the plague duration will reset and the damage (per stack) will change to the increased one. The same occur when Radhar get some healing while affecting the target with plague, the damage will change to the decreased one.

Active: Radhar unleashes a pestilent nova, causing magic damage to all enemy units around him and decreasing their movement speed (for 2 seconds), also contaminating them with his plague. Desperate for Doom will increase the radius of the AoE of this ability by 3 per missing percent of Radhar's health.

-Magic Damage: 80 / 110 / 140 / 170 / 200 + 0.45 per AP.
-Mov Spd Reduction: 30 / 35 / 40 / 45 / 50 percent.
-AoE Radius: 350.
-Cooldown: 9 seconds.
-Cost: 60 / 70 / 80 / 90 / 100 Mana.

Quote:
W Ability: Pestilent Hunger ->

Passive: Radhar's Max Mana is permanently increased every time he kills an enemy unit. 1.5 of Mana per minion or monster killed and 10 per champion killed.

Toggle: Radhar receives spell vamp and life steal against the unities affected by his plague, while his abilities's cost are increased and his auto-attacks cost mana. The bonus of spell vamp and life steal are doubled against champions. If Radhar gets under 30% of his health, he will also receive a bonus of Attack Speed of 24% + 2% per champion level, while this ability is toggled on.

-Bonus of Life Steal: 4 / 6 / 8 / 10 / 12 percent.
-Bonus of Spell Vamp: 6 / 8 / 10 / 12 / 14 percent.
-Extra Mana Cost: 10 / 20 / 30 / 40 / 50 percent of the cost.
-Mana Cost Per Attack: 15 / 20 / 25 / 30 / 35.
-Cooldown (after the deactivation): 4 seconds.

Quote:
E Ability: Claws of Malady ->

Active: Radhar shoots, from his fingers, his pestilent claws into a target, dealing physical damage and applying his plague to it. This ability changes to a stronger version deppending on the percentage of Radhar's health. From 100% to 51% of his health, Radhar sends one claw into his target. From 50% to 26% of his health, Radhar sends out two claws (the second one deals only 50% of the damage). Under 25% of his health, Radhar sends out three claws (the second claw dealing 50% and the third dealing 25% of the damage).

-Magic Damage: 50 / 70 / 90 / 110 / 130 + 0.8 per AD + 0.6 per AP.
-Range: 650.
-Cooldown: 10 / 9.5 / 9 / 8.5 / 8 seconds.
-Cost: 50 / 55 / 60 / 65 / 70 Mana.

Quote:
R Ability: Embrace of Damnation ->

Active: Radhar transforms into a black sandy vortex for 2 seconds, attracting every enemy unit affected by his plague to him and dealing magic damage to all of them. During this time, he can't do anything else, but are immune to all CCs. Every hit of this ability will also apply his plague at the enemies. For every missing percent of Radhar's health, he receives 1% of damage reduction during the motion of this ability.

-Magic Damage per second: 100 / 150 / 200 + 0.8 per AP.
-Damage Reduction:
-Radius: 400.
-Cooldown: 150 / 130 / 110 seconds.
-Cost: 150 Mana.
+1 if you like this conception, please. =)

MANA REGEN. 6 (+0.4)
MAGIC RES. 30 (+1.25)

that each strike the enemy champion Black Knight is attacking. He can store up to 3 charges and will only expend one at a time.

Q- Summoning Circle / Blade of Corruption:
RANGE: 830

COOLDOWN: 10 / 9 / 8 / 7 / 6
Black Knight draws a summoning circle that creates a blade of corruption after a 0.5 delay.

These attacks deal varied damage depending on rank.
The next 3 basic attacks will deal 4 / 6 / 8 / 10 / 12% (+ 0.001% for each point of health)
of his enemies Max Health in bonus magic damage and will heal Black Knight for he same amount.
DAMAGE CAPED AT: 70 / 75 / 80 / 85 / 90%
Consecutive hits on the same target will heal for 60 % of the damage done.
Spell Cost: 50 mana

E- Second Hand Corruption:

After a brief delay (0.5 second) Black Knight Corrupts the ground around him or his summoned Blade of Corruption for 2.5 seconds

R- [Ultimate] Champion of Death & Decay:

first off **** the guy who is advertizing his own champ cause that's just mooching
secondly i didn't really like him as his lore went from nasus too renekton too amumu just the way he is
(first good and helping with teaching then crazy and leading an attack against nasus then wandering) but if you rewrote it and used some better word choice it would be GREAT also you seemed too have a lot of useless info "But there was something in his mind that Nasus didn't know" stuff like this isn't really need to know stuff and for his ability's
his passive is almost exactly like olaf or rumble's and really should be the reason pleague gets applied like kennens passive"mark of the storm" also you could have that be the ultimate's passive
i like the idea for his q just seems a little op with the whole ": Every enemy unit auto-attacking Radhar is affected by his plague" thats just like no one can touch my champ unless they want too get seriously ****ed up
his w feels like a little ripped out of nasus's q and that only gets increased by 3 IF he uses it to KILL an enemy while yours is just kill an enemy get more mana and killing a champ gives you an extra spell too cast(if a spell costs 11 mana then killing one minion and a champ allows you too cast it one more time) and that toggle is a SUPER buff that is a one time fee or did you just forget too add the mana cost per second n
i have no problem with the E
and no problem with the R
again just suggestion and im not trying too be mean just giveing feed back other wise LOVE the concept

About his lore: I did not included Amumu on his lore. Don't know where did you see Amumu on it. =p

About his Innate: Olaf...ok, somewhat, but it's not only Olaf that is benefited by low health. Tryndamere and Mundo also do. Not counting with some itens. Rumble? Why Rumble? o.o

About his Q: I think its not OP. The damage per second is not high (take Teemo and Darius into consideration) and the Atk Spd reduction is a little low (18% at rank 5 and full stacks).

About his W: It's a bonus of MANA. I think you don't know Sion, do you? He gains a bonus of max health each time he KILLS an unit. 11 mana is another ability cast? His cheapest ability cost of mana is 50. o.o
About the toggle...seriously. Toggle on your Muramana and you will see how you can get OOM too fast. Consider Radhar one of those champions that gets useless when gets OOM.

Anyway...I'm glad you liked him and I thank you for your suggestions. =)
