Soo, my windows crashed and i had to reinstall it, so i had to download league of legends from this site, i downloaded it, installed it, but when i try to run it, this error occurs Failed to launchRADS/system/rads_user_kernel.exe, i tried reinstalling, it didnt help at all, any suggestions?

I get a RADS error - Could not to connect to HTTP server / Patcher Kernel Stopped Working
1. Close out your game/patcher, hit ctrl+alt+delete and make sure all instances of LoL.Launcher are gone, then restart the patcher process and let it sit.
2. Go to your Riot Games/RADS/System folder under your default install path, and run the rads_user_kernel.exe file, then try starting your patcher.
3. Try deleting your LoL_Air_Client folder (the default install path for this folder is c:\Riot Games\RADS\Projects) and then repatching.
3. See this article, About changing to a public DNS
4. Replace <install directory>/RADS/system/rads_user_kernel.exe, with this file
5. Try installing, Microsoft Dot NET Framework 4.0 and, Dot NET 3.5

Hey Droencis!

Thank you for bringing this issue to the Help and Support Forum! Having your League of Legends client work normally one day, and suddenly experiencing issues the very next day can be a truly frustrating experience. Because of this, hopefully we can find a quick resolution to this issue.

If you have already tried the solutions in the Wrenchmen Toolbox that Aionc very kindly posted, and are still experiencing issues, then it is possible that you may have some problems with the configuration of your system permissions since re-installing your Windows OS. Please keep in mind that League of Legends requires administrative privileges to install and run correctly. There are several steps i would like you to try. Realize that many of these steps may seem incredibly simple and basic. However, i strongly encourage you to double-check each and every one as they are vital to ensuring a resolution to this error:

1) Make sure you have all available windows updates installed from this website:
- http://update.microsoft.com

2) Make sure you are an administrator:
- http://www.ncsu.edu/antivirus/faq/admin/index.php

3) Disable UAC(Windows Vista or Windows 7)
- http://www.howtogeek.com/howto/windows-vista/disable-user-account-control-uac-the-easy-way-on-windows-vista/
- Be sure to use the "Never notify me when:" setting

4) Run the game as an administrator:
- Right-Click on the short-cut
- Select the properties tab
- Check the box labeled "Run as administrator"

However, if you have tried all of these different fixes, and you are still experiencing this Error Message as consistently as Trick -o- Treaters on Halloween, then i strongly encourage you to send us a new Support Ticket* so we may work with you One-on-One until arriving at a Full Resolution! If you do submit us a ticket, make sure you include the following information so we may investigate further:

The RADS error pops up every time i click a league launcher. I have cards i bought i would like to use. Please someone please help me solve this problem! I miss playing this wonderful game!
