The meta dictates that if your solo lane is failing, it's because of your jungler. The meta also dictates that if bot lane fails, you blame your support AND the jungler, and in no way should you ever blame the skill of your AD carry.

Alternatively, if lanes are winning, we congrats the solo laners and the AD carry for all their fantastic hard work!

Wards, wards, and moar wards. That is how you carry as support.

Wards win games.

Buy a ward. Stop a gank. Save a life.

Wards.

Learn how to support. Support is a much more complicated role than most give it credit for.

Keep wards on hand and know where to use them. Know your opponents and where they're likely to come from. Keep more than just your lane safe with wards. Drop a ward in their jungle when you know it's safe. Drop one to help out mid after you take dragon. It's about more than just winning your lane.

Track how your team is doing. What are your strengths and weaknesses? How about the other teams? If you're an aura support change your items game to game to help widen leads or close gaps. You want to bring the most benefit to the most people you can.

There's a lot more that could be covered, but the idea to take away is that you need to really focus on being a support and not on simply being a support champion. I also find that it is quite helpful to use champions that can be both defensive and offensive. A champion that is more focused on one over the other will have a harder time pushing advantages or mitigating disadvantages leaving you with much less room for you to make proper support choices.

The one and only way to win as a support and carry your team is to destroy opponents' Nexus.

If you don't, just blame your jungler.

P.S. If you had a bad day at school or work, you gf left you, etc. Let your jungler be aware of that and blame him for everything.

TL;DR : Blame your jungler pls.
Sounds like the best plan ever
