yes because those things are made up see google for more info about this i use them to its a random Terms of Service that riot use with some here and there change. Those people are complete lazy to even miss that.

Basically it means that you scan the ToS if it doesn't mention WarZ at least once (Which seems like a giant scam) you break all of their rules without legal repercussion.
