First, dont call people out on the forums. That'll get you just as banned as they will be.

Also, just send a report after the game and make a note that says "Look at pre-game chat for the trolling." Riot reviews all of those personally and deals with them.

None of the names you see there are their real names. This is far from calling anyone out.

And if they don't massively troll ingame then they the system will probably regard them as "smaller case" and only people in the trib will see it.
Can you show me a post that states they have something that alerts them as soon as I mention "pre-game chat"?

Supposedly, the Tribunal Riot staff have MUCH more to work with than those of us deciding to pardon or punish reports. If they do have the power to review lobby chat though, it's either a secret or a rumor.

Hey, I got an answer. Pretty copy paste but at least they hit the right copy paste unlike last time I opened a ticket.

Here you go:

Quote:
Hello MY RL NAME,

Thanks for reporting this. Iíll investigate this playerís behavior and take the appropriate actions. However, I canít disclose disciplinary actions taken against any player because of privacy reasons.

Please also continue using the in game reporting system as well, as these reports provide us tracking information as well as forward the case to the Tribunal for review. To report, click the exclamation in the post game chat or right click the offensive summoner.

Additionally, should you be harassed in a match, typing /mute "summoner name or /ignore "summoner name" will stop the messages from appearing (you do not type the " marks). You can also mute them through the score menu. Simply hit the "Tab" key and click the mute icon next to the summoner's score. The ability to ignore users does not excuse their offensive behavior however. If you do mute a player, please remember to use the report feature after the match so we can address those statements.

I'm happy to say we have also have our improved LeaverBuster system, which not only bans chronic leavers, but tracks and punishes users who donít contribute to their team.

Thanks again for the report. I hope we can make your future battlefield experiences more positive. Please let me know if you have any further questions or feedback.

Dig rock and roll.. \m/ ^_^

Hello Shanks

Thanks for your quick reply. This makes me feel a lot better about this whole thing. I understand you can't tell me what will happen with the accounts of to those two players who, in my opinion, went a few steps too far. I have a few questions that came up in the linked thread/are in my head regarding the tribunal.

1. I believe to remember a red-post in the forums saying that you guys have the possibility to look up Pre-/Post-game chats. Is that correct?

2. If I play a game with people who behave horribly in champion selection and they are completely fine and clean during the game then I have no chance of successfully reporting them. I can click on "report" in the end and write that they were toxic during champion selection. But I remember a red post in the forums saying that "small cases" are handled without anyone from Riot ever seeing it. Be it a short suspension or a pardon.
Is there a way to make sure someone from Riot looks into Pre-/Post-game chat? Like a filter that presents you cases where specific keywords got sent in the report-message or anything?

3. Are there plans to implement Pre-/Post-game chat into the Tribunal? (I understand if you can't talk about future features)

4. I know there are reform cards to tell people why they got suspended/banned in the tribunal. Is there any way for the punished player to tell why he's suspended if someone will get suspended the way I reported this case?

Again, thanks a lot for your time. I look forward to picking up the game again tomorrow and enjoy a good round of LoL. If problems show up during a match I'm pretty good at ignoring them without having to use /mute and /ignore but I wasn't willing to put up with this from 0:00 on until it is over.
