When you vote PLEASE bump the thread
Edit: Its not about who would have won or lost its about a team breaking the rules

"Look closely at azubu's side @5:32:44. You can see Woong look up at the minimap in the distance. Then, shortly after, you can see Azubu Frost ping the lane TSM went down. If that isn't proof enough, then I don't know what is."
I saw this posted somewhere seems to be the common ground going around
the 2 pics going aruond seems to be these..*
Pic 1, and calling Pic 2 as the "clearer close up version of the fuzzy picture in pic 1.

- Pic 1 of supposed evidence http://i.imgur.com/hntqU.jpg (1), has absolutely nothing to do with the "clearer version of that pic" here at http://media.photobucket.com/image/r...hy/AF1JPEG.jpg (2)...

- In Pic 2, yes his Clearly looking at a location he should not be, but where is that? I do not know, nor does it matter since the game hasn't even started. http://www.twitch.tv/riotgames/b/334537601 scroll to as stated in pic 1, at 5:20:45, there is another pic of it floating around from 5:19:xx which is also before the game had started, this pretty much invalidates any form of "him looking at the minimap finger pointing as far as this picture is concerned".

- So back to the questionable Pic 1. How the hell do you guys tell where his looking at? he can easily be just looking at madlife, through out the match when there is room for breather (beginning and at the end of the game he constantly looks around to his teamates). If you watch the video (link here again :http://www.twitch.tv/riotgames/b/334537601), at 5:32:45 or anywhere near that point, his head can't be seen because his head is 80% or more covered by the monitor, you can "kind" of tell he moved his head left and right watching the HD version at full screen, but what he actually looked at is impossible to tell.

So looking at those 2 pics, you gain absolutely no evidence what so ever of any AF players looking at the minimap...

As far as the ping is concerned, plz look closely he did not ping TSM, it was also pinged 13 seconds after he supposedly looked at the minimap, wtf? just because pictures are shown next to each other, they did not happen at the same time. We dont know who but the ping could have been done by anyone in AF not just woong, and the reasoning behind the ping we wont know unless they tell us, but there are plenty of other reasons other then hey we saw TSM as being the reason for that specific ping.

Soon as the game started NO ONE in AF planned to invade as a 5 man team, they all went there own seperate ways to defend chokes, jayce shot a Q into the brush which is nothing unusual, and Madlife went top to ward top, which even TSM stated thats what they always do and wanted to try and bank on it but failed.

And for most ppl that dont know Jayce does not always 100% of the time start with an E, some including Shy from AF have started jayce with Q on more then this occasion.
Please get your facts straight, all your doing is making our region look bad by desperately looking for anything to grab onto to try and make an excuse out of it, very saddening to see.

"We keep a constant watch on all the players on stage at all times. We have cameras as well as live people walking onto stage to keep tabs in everything. All players are told that they need to remain sitting, facing forward, and with headphones on at all times, including during pauses."- From the head referee on the forums.) If this is the case and the teams were aware then surely this is grounds for a DQ?

Riot needs to go through the footage on the cameras in front of the players to see if he really did look up there. They also need to get a translator and figure out what azubu frost was saying during the start of the match.. Maybe one of them says "they are sending 4 top" or something super obvious. The team needs to be DQ'd from this tournament. Cheating is unacceptable.
if ANY team was found cheating they should be Dq'd that includes WE/TSM or any other team

Although the players are to blame, ultimately fault must fall on riots shoulders for setting up the tournament in such a method that teams were ABLE to cheat.
EDIT PLEASE BUMP!!!!!!

Quote from Redbeard
"Hey guys,

After two days of smooth sailing during the World Playoffs, Day 3 was disappointing. We’ve spent today investigating and reviewing the problems, and I’d like to go through and address some of the community’s big concerns surrounding yesterday’s issues.

In hindsight, the potential visibility of minimap screens for players was a mistake. Despite on-site referees, close monitoring of player cams backstage, and stage design that ensured players would have to turn more than 90 degrees to be able to catch a glimpse of the minimaps, even the possibility of unfair play was simply unacceptable. We’re taking steps to ensure the minimap screens are not visible to players.

We are re-examining photos, videos and renders of the stage layout to definitively understand sight lines between the players on-stage and the minimaps overhead. We’re taking it a step further moving forward to completely ensure the screens aren’t visible to players.

Forward-facing camera angles can be misleading and we want to make sure everyone has the full picture before drawing any conclusions. This is something that we believe requires a comprehensive investigation but we absolutely understand why it’s cause for alarm.

In the meantime, here’s a quick overview of the two primary minimap incidents we’ve been reviewing:

TSM/Azubu game

Azubu Frost had a microphone issue that didn’t allow them to communicate during the opening of the game. As a result, the game was paused.
It was noticed that both teams had players that were shifting their bodies during the pause. Blanket warnings were issued to both Azubu Frost & TSM.
Referees decided to issue a restart, as a) Reginald & Chaox had concerns about screen looking and b) Azubu’s communications disadvantage could reasonably be interpreted as requiring a restart under tournament rules.
No further incidents of screen-looking were witnessed during this match.

Team WE/CLG.eu game

A player from Team WE was not facing forward for a moment during the 3rd and final restarted game before we wrapped for the night.
We’ve reviewed the existing footage and firsthand accounts from our referees, and we believe the player’s head turn may have been in response to a loud vuvuzela and crowd cheering. We haven’t found conclusive evidence either way and are continuing to investigate.

Those are the primary incidents that have been reported, but we are also investigating other alleged instances. More importantly, we are taking steps to completely ensure the screens are not visible to players at the conclusion of the Playoffs and Finals.

Hardware and connection issues are harder to prepare for. Video cards can explode. Network cables can short out. Headsets can die. While we can pause and restore games, if any of those things happen in the middle of a teamfight, it will impact the course of the game dramatically. Long-term, we know we need better solutions for this and it is a priority.

Regarding yesterday’s connection failures, we had a string of issues including a power failure, and two internet connectivity incidents we are continuing to investigate. It sucks that this happened, but we’re going to dive deep into the root cause to see if there are any other redundancies that could safeguard against this in the future.

We’re trying to deliver an extraordinary experience for viewers, and yesterday didn’t live up to our goals. We’re going to take everything we’ve learned from the Playoffs and strive to make the remainder of the Quarter- and Semifinals, as well as the Finals, as great as we can make them.

In the long run, looking to season 3 and beyond, we’re always learning and we’re reading all your feedback and taking it to heart. We believe the most important concern here is about fairness, and we’re going to do everything we can to preserve that moving forward.

League of Legends as an eSport is young, and we’re learning a lot with each event. This is the run-up to our Super Bowl, and we’ve really been pouring our blood, sweat and tears into it. We’re as disappointed as you are that yesterday had so many issues, but we’re committed to improving, so that’s what we’re going to try to do.

Right now we’re focused on setting up the conclusion of the Playoffs, and we’ll have more details on that shortly.

Thanks,

RedBeard"

It's not only AZF doing it though. We'd be stuck with less than half of the total teams when we DQ those teams.

They didn't get caught and so far the only teams that DID are Frost and WE.
TSM looking at the screen was Regi pointing it out to the ref and Dyrus looking while the ref was with them.
