You may disagree with this outlook, but I doubt making a moral stand against societies perception of women is Riots main priority here.
How is making a few champions that aren't pornstars jeopardizing their success that much?

come at me.

No. You're missing the point. As a company with as much reach as they currently have, Riot is in a unique position, a position where they can change things, there's a chance here to alter the way women are viewed in video games as a whole, industries follow trends, and trends have to start somewhere.

Sure making a money is great, but there's a difference between being rich, and being respected.

I'd rather be respected
its a great thing that you aren't a business then? and more specifically you are not Riot, you do not get to choose what they do or do not do, no amount of passive aggressive yarping will change this.

every feminist group says this about every company, and fully expects them to cow-tow to whatever they say they "should" be doing, they take what should simply be a suggestion into very much passive-aggressive threat-and-or-demand.

this is akin to the radical femenist mantra that if you are not actively trying to forward womens right's, (marching in the street? protesting? what?) you are inherently sexist.

and if you aren't actively stoping rape, and rape "culture" you are inherently a rapist yourself, for "supporting" rape "culture".

all your doing is just another type of labeling and demanding, just through that presistant and irritatingly weak feminist "passive-aggressive" style.

you might want to take a note from radical muslims and just demand heads roll until you get your way, then every country and company on earth will bow to your threats.

ok
>radical feminism YEAH HOW DARE WOMEN WANT TO BE TREATED EQUALLY THATS RADICAL AND FRINGE THINKING THERE

also

>rape culture It exists. It definately exists.

I'm not making threats, but its great that you're comparing non-violent protests to that, all I'm doing is complaining.

I'll give you a hint. Complaining is the reason everything nice you have in life, exists.

Yes, but last I checked we're talking about champions in the same sort of type bracket as other humanoid/non monster champions.

Are you saying discriminating between the sexes isn't sexism?
yes, because it isn't, being treated differently does not inherently imply better or worse.

it would be sexism if the different approach was better or worse, but these are separate things.

you cannot talk to a lady the same way you talk to a man, there are many societal (at least in western countries) things you simply cannot do with one gender than you can with the other, none of them imply any inequality whatsoever, these are things that almost no feminist even talk about because they are not inherently sexist.

your the type who doesn't think about the reasons, and only see's in black and white on these things.

tell me this, do you think that women should be put in combat situations with men? do you understand why they are not put there (hint, it isn't because they are women, the military would gladly throw them into battle if it were that simple) do you think this is "sexist"?

I already know that it isn't, but I want to see how you respond.
