Passive: Nerd Perception: enemies in an area around Doombotmecha are revealed and suffer a minor amor/mr debuff (stacking) whenever they damage a champion or a champion's pet/ward/promoted minion.

W:

E: Summon Goat: piercing skillshot that reduces it's maximum range (which is like more than Nidalee spear) and damage on every target hit...reduces armor and slows targets hit. scales off AD.

R: Paper Plane of DOOM: Doombotmecha shoots a skillshot nuke that damages the first enemy hit for x/y/z (1.o per AD/o.8 per AP). These planes also give vision of the target and apply a debuff called "weak point found" that causes successive Planes to pierce the target and curve toward debuffed targets, following them until they hit 3/4/5 targets. planes are stored via an ammo system, up to ten at a time.

Passive:Animal Crapper;
If ThePurpleCakez is in a 500 range of a Animal like champion (Wukong, Ahri etc) he gains 10 more ad per animal champion (1 animal champion = 10, 2 = 20 etc.)

Q:The Loo;
ThePurpleCakez sets a trap that stuns for three seconds and does 100/125/150/175/200 damage if someone steps in it. It despawns after 1 minute. Cooldown 15/12/10/8/5 seconds.

W: Poo Fling;
ThePurpleCakez aims a skill shot, that has the same range as Jayce's Q, at an opponent, if the opponent is hit, they become slowed 20/25/30/35/40 and it deals 200/225/250/275/300

Q - Passive: 2/4/6/8/10% Cooldown reduction. Throws a ball of arcane energy dealing 60/100/140/180/220 (+.75*AP) over 4 seconds. During this time Magus Crow deals an additional 6/9/12/15/18% damage to the afflicted target.

W- Magus Crow summons a cone of dark magical energy dealing 80/130/180/230/280 (+.75*AP) damage to all enemies caught in the area.

E - Sends out a pulse of arcane energy which roots any opponent it comes across for 1/1.2/1.4/1.6/1.8 seconds and deals 70/110/150/190/230 (+.55*AP) damage.

R - Passive: Grants Magus Crow 10/20/30 Spell Penetration
Summons a blast of Arcane energy dealing 200/300/400 (+1.1*AP) damage to all enemies stuck and knocking them back.

Passive: Authority - Spells and basic attacks mark against enemy champions mark them, and the nearest minion aids in killing them. (The amount of minions aiding in the attack is increased by 1 per level. Max amount: 19 minions) While attacking enemy champions, the minions receive 8% (+2% for every 100 ability power) increased stats until they lose aggro of the champion.

Q: Burning Punishment - Eurocharge bashes target champion with his baton, dealing 20/30/40/50/60 (+0.9 of AP) physical damage instantly and 20/30/40/50/60 (+0.2 of AP) magic damage over time for 4 seconds. Target champion is afflicted with the debuff, "The Scars of Punishment," which increases damage taken by minions by 2/4/6/8/10% for 4 seconds.

W: Uphold the Law: Eurocharge arrests target champion, slowing their movement speed by 35/40/55/60%, their attack speed by 45/50/60/65% for 1/1.5/2/2.5/3 seconds. Can be dispelled by escaping melee range of Eurocharge. If not dispelled within 3 seconds, target champion is rooted for 1 second and receives 60/80/100/120/140 (+0.6 of AP) magic damage instantly.

E: Investigate (Passive): Eurocharge and his team gains vision of enemy champions who have recently killed friendly champions for 3/4/5/6/7 seconds, and is slowed by 30% for 1.5 seconds after the duration of the vision ends. After achieveing rank 2 of this ability, the vision may be canceled early to afflict the champion with the slow after 3 seconds. This ability cannot occur more than once every 25 (may be reduced by cooldown reduction) seconds.

R: Relentless Pursuit:
Passive: Eurocharge and minions targeting target champion with the "Authority" debuff gain movement speed and ability power according to the % of health of the target champion marked with the debuff have. Minions do not benefit from the AP buff.
>90%: 2% movement speed, 10% AP
>70%: 3% movement speed, 8% AP
>50%: 4% movement speed, 6% AP
>30%: 5% movement speed, 4% AP
>10%: 6% movement speed, 2% AP

Active: Remove all active debuffs (fears, blinds, stuns, slows, roots, etc.) and become immune from them for the next 3 seconds. Relentless Pursuit's passive is doubled for the duration of the spell.

What I'm trying to do with this concept is make it where I'm strong fighting in a lane, but very vulnerable fighting by myself outside of a lane.

Passive - Happy Time
Each time Shadowmender casts a spell, everyone who raged in the last minute is blinded and silenced for .5 seconds.
Q - Mend de Shadow!
Heals for x amount of damage. Also applies "Mended shadow" buff to target for 5 seconds. Anyone who damages affected target has their screen slowly fade out, then back over the course of 4 seconds.
W - Show the Shadow
The target enemy's shadow rises up to attack and slow him.
E - Shade plunger
Target Nocturne dies instantly. Otherwise, deal 5 damage to target player.
R - Shadow Games
Shadowmender starts playing a game with target champion for 10 seconds. During this time, neither of them are targetable during this time. Afterwards, they have 1/2 their max hp.

Point of my game is to be creative and make your own skillset, a skillset that you WANT to have. It can be as realistic or aas non-realists as you wish.

Passive: Champion Status
Every time ChampStat gets a kill, assist, turret, or uses his ultimate, he gains one stack of Champness. When he reaches 10 stacks of Champness, he attains Champion Status and for three seconds has 50% damage reduction and 10% damage amplification. Five minute cooldown.

Q: Corny Joke
ChampStat cracks a bad pun, slowing all enemies around him and doing damage.

W: Oops
ChampStat realizes that he poorly engaged in a 1v1. When activated, he gets a shield that absorbs damage and gives tenacity, enabling him to survive.

E: Minecraft
ChampStat suddenly merges the games League of Legends and Minecraft, building a wall of impassable terrain out of Minecraft blocks that lasts for five seconds.

R: Nerd Time.
ChampStat explains an element of calculus to an enemy champion. The sudden influx of nerdiness stuns the target for 2 seconds and deals damage. Champions near the target get feared for 2 seconds.
