The initial statement about the composition of gold is 100% false, but pointing out the elo boosting is legit.

If you look at google.com and type in elo boost or some type of boosting related to LoL and ELO you will find that lol-academy.net and a lot of other sites do it. It's almost like the gold sites which plague every MMO.

Hafu was shown to have clearly boosted 3 accounts. Those are the only ones we know about after I started finding evidence for it. Who knows how many she's boosted before I started the investigation.

Other boosters such as the ones publicly called out by Riot staff were known to have boosted 100+ accounts each. 1 person boosting 100 accounts.

Lets say there's a population of 10000 players in diamond.
And lets say about 10% are elo boosters, making about 1000 players elo boosters.
Those 1000 players boost other accounts to diamond. Lets just be generous to all you nay sayers and make it an average between 3 and 100 accounts boosted each, to accommodate elo boosters who do it for a job and those who do it for friends, so 52 accounts boosted each.

That make 52000 accounts boosted.

52000 out of 61000 accounts (10000 plus the 52000 new boosted accounts minus 1000 whom are elo boosters) are boosted.
So 52000 boosted accounts, 9000 non-boosted accounts, and 1000 elo boosters make up the 62000 player diamond population.

52000 out of 62000 can be considered the majority.

10% too high? Lets say 5% are elo boosters.
That's 26000 accounts boosted. 26000 boosted accounts, 9500 non-boosted accounts, and 500 elo boosters make up a 36000 diamond population.

26000 out of 36000 is still the majority.

You know what? 5% still too high? Let's try 1% are elo boosters.
That's 100 elo boosters. 5200 accounts boosted, 9900 non-boosted accounts, and 100 elo boosters. 5200 out of 15200. 34% of the accounts would be boosted.

Not the majority, but still a large number.

I agree that people elo boost and it's stupid, but saying gold is full of them and you give me one example. I went 42/3 one game as Ap renekton. Nerf ap renekton.
