So I'm new to all this live broadcasting stuff, but I really want to live broadcast my games on twitch.tv

There are 2 different programs that are free, that I can use on twitch.tv that are xsplit, and flash media encoder. Which one is better to use, and could you walk me through the steps of live streaming on it please? I really want to know. Thanks!

Xsplit is the most popular. As for what you'll have to do... I don't know.

You just make an account and start streaming.

If you get enough concurrent viewers they will partner you which means you make $$.

I use Xsplit. I hate how much it drags down my FPS though. I normally stay solidly at 75 even in full on team fights, running Xsplit though it will drop under 10
