@Riot - Please hire Support staff

I know im not the only one experiencing the horrible service that is "support" of this company. I really love Riot, there passion for games, there passion to make this a very good game and get better servers, new champions every 2 weeks, constant updates, and have the ability to joke around with us, and simply just talk to us.

A couple of examples... Shurelia making threads to talk about game balance. Guinsoo being an expert troll. Tryndamere simply just posting period and he's the Pres.

Even the ONE thread I saw of someone asking for 3 RP since they were short of a skin, and Pendragon granted him it. Which is essentially worth monetary value. Now THAT is an amazing customer service and great company community interaction.

Now, onto support! Wait a second, this company has a support team? I feel so sad to say, but your support team is literally no existent and lately doesn't even support anything to be honest.


My one experience... is this...

My runes were all wiped out randomly about a week ago. Or rolled back I should say to about 4 or 5 months ago now. Cause I had the same 2 runes at level 10 and at level 30 i bought a full rune book. So last week my rune page was rolled back to the level 10 times of only 2 quints. Support was useless so I emailed Zileas and he said "ill go talk to them personally" and 5 minutes later support emailed me back. Alas, nothing has been resolved 3 days later, and Zileas said if my issue isn't resolved by mid day today (so a few hours ago) to email him back and he will rectify it himself. So i did, of course because nothing was resolved. And now i'm just waiting.



I'm sorry but why I am receiving support from Devs...who should be spending there time developing the game? Not that I mind, I think it's amazing a developer takes time out of his day to help a customer whom he doesn't know, and is not in his department.

its sad that game designers need to help me cause the support of this company is so useless.

Please consider hiring some help, even if it means online tech support... Or hire me cause I need a new job.

But seriously, fix it

Same **** diffrent day. You gotta do something about these issues Riot.. saying your working on it does nothing when it still doesnt get done. Last week I was told by an emissary that you guys had a backup and you were clearing it now.. except.. that was last week.. why did you have a backup? Why did it get so bad in the first place? and once noticed, why was it tkaen care of immediatly instead of making sure we waited?

...you do realize they've nearly tripled their support staff right? But that staff has to go through I believe almost 3+ months of backlog, that is a LOT of tickets to go through.

You think all the new Red names with the "CUSTOMER SUPPORT SPECIALIST" title have just been showing up as a fluke?

No, I think it shouldnt have happend in the first place, and now that it has, they should respond to it quicker and more efficently. Which it obviously hasnt been handled as such.

You have no idea what happens to a game company when it grows do you? They do not magically start out with the staff able to handle a HUGE SUDDEN INFLUX of new players.

And they couldnt guess by going live they might have just that? I expect problems, but once they relised they were falling behind it should have been taken care of immediatly. It has been shown that it wasnt.
