How about we make this champ as the opponent in Run Prison? It will be a 1v5, with 5 prisoners fighting against this one man army. In order to get out of Rune prison, you need to win one match against him. But if you lose, you will have to win an additional match, with an added match for each one prisoners lose. So losing will send prisoners into a spiraling circle of doom so we may never have to see them again. He will either be Expert Level AI or a bored Rioter who want to judicate trolls.

Basic- Model S- None of Sirius’ skills have a level cap. Sirius gains a skill point each time he levels up or gets a kill.

Q- Model H – Sirius places a turret at target location that shoot nearby enemy units. When the turrets are destroyed, they will release an arc of lighting hitting up to 4 targets +1(x skill level) dealing 50 magic damage (0.5 ability power) and stunning all units it hits. Sirius gain 10 armor and magic resist per turret.

Turret range: 600
Turret sight: 700
Attack speed: 1+0.2(x level of this skill) + (0.1 of your attack speed)
Health: 100+ 50(x level of this skill) + (0.1 of your max health)

W- Model E – Sirius goes into stealth mode immediately. He will remain in stealth for the next 10 seconds. While in stealth mode, Sirius gains 50% bonus movement speed. If he gets attacked or attacks, his stealth will be removed. Pressing W again will not deactivate the stealth. Sirius’s next attack while in stealth will do 50 %( x level of this skill) bonus damage. While in stealth, you can press W again and after 4 seconds it teleports you to target turret or friendly minion (making it invulnerable for the duration). Once Sirius leaves stealth, he gains 50% bonus armor and magic resist.
Cool down: 20 seconds upon cast

E-Model D – Sirius deals massive true damage and refreshes all of Sirius’s skills if it kills the unit. Sirius gains 10 armor penetration every time he kills a champion with this skill.
Range: 500
Damage: 200 + 50(x skill level) + (0.5 max health) + (0.7 attack damage)
Cool down: 20 seconds

R- Model M – Sirius places a curse on the target champion. The mark immediately deals damage to the unit equal to 30% of its maximum health. Then over the next 10 seconds, will deal another 30% in the form of a DoT. A champion slain while cursed will be enslaved as a ghost for the next 30 seconds. Sirius will be healed for 30% (x level of this skill) of the damage done. The ghost can be controlled with Alt+ right click. Sirius now gains a shield equal to 50% of the damage he deals from any source. The shield decays at 3% per second. Maximum shield 90 + (50 x level).
Range: 850
Leash: 1200
Initial Damage: 30% of max health + (.1 ability power)
DoT Damage: 3% of max health + (.1 ability power) per second for 10 seconds
Ghost timer: 30 seconds + (0.1 max health)
Cool down: 60 seconds

Troll the prisoners:

They can only use 1 skill. And cant buy items
