[Bug] Patching Client Error During Patching Downtime

Hey guys,

I started up the patching client just now at 9:09am cst, which currently displays the server status as "Unavailable", yet the client still allows me to initiate the PVP.net client and attempt to login.

I know individuals have gotten banned for trying to log in during patching or downtime in the past for various reasons, so I would hate to see any of my fellow mac testers be banned because of this error.
