What are the rules and match format?

Registered teams will face off in a randomly seeded, single-elimination bracket. All matches until the Semi-Finals will be best-of-one. The Semi-Finals, 3rd Place Match, and Grand Finals will all be best-of-three. All matches will be played on Summoner's Rift, with tournament draft mode champion selection. At present, there are no official bans on champion selection other than the three bans each team is allowed under normal draft-pick settings.

Matches are to be played at the assigned times. Official match times will be announced at a future date and players will be notified via email and updates to this page. Each team will be afforded up to 2 substitutions in the event that one of their originally registered players cannot play the match. If a team cannot assemble five players within 15 minutes of the assigned match time, they will forfeit the match and the the offending player (not the entire team) will receive a Technical Foul. Once a single user has received 4 Technical Fouls over different events held by TP eSports within 2012, they will be automatically disqualified from all TP eSports events for 2012.

(IMPORTANT: We are giving ONLY 5 PRIZES PER WINNING TEAM regardless of how many substitutions are used. Thank you for your understanding, cooperation, and adherence to the Summoner's Code.)

Thats it! We thank everyone who is helping us set up this great event, we look forward to hosting some great matches and giving away some prizes!

Thank you,
