This is my first time coming up with a new champion so please let me know if anyone else enjoys this idea.

Mana Regen
Level 1: 7.2
Per Level: 0.65
Level 18: 18.9

Utility:
Movement Speed: 310
Range: 630

Abilities:

(I didn't name any of them so please post ideas for them)

Passive- I have two different passive ideas.
-Nami carries around a pet Dragon whose size increases with AP, causing all moves to increase in size\range and power.

-The passive that I came up with is focused around the River. It can either: reduce cooldowns, increase speed, empower you, or maybe even a combination of them while in the River. I personally prefer the cooldown reduction and the increased speed (The picture that I made also shows how this might contribute). I do know that only Summoner’s Rift has a River so this might be harder to efficiently use.

Q-: Nami's pet dragon forms a ball of water inside his mouth which he then shoots in a target area.
Mana:55\60\65\70\75 Cooldown:6\5.5\5\4.5\4 Damage:80\100\120\140\160(+ 85% AP)

W-: Nami's pet Dragon spirals around a target area. After a short delay, a pillar of water shoots out of the ground that the Dragon is spiraling, hurting all enemies within the area (what I was thinking was something that is like Brand’s W).
Mana:75\80\85\90\95 Cooldown: 8\8\8\8\8 Damage: 75\95\115\135\155(+ 80% AP)

E-: Nami shoots forth her pet Dragon in a line. As he moves, a wave forms with him, stunning all enemies hit as well as leaving behind a trail of water that slows enemies who walk on it.
Mana:65\70\75\80\85 Cooldown:10\9\8\7\6 Damage: 65\85\105\125\145(+ 85% AP)

R- : Nami's pet Dragon transforms into a large Water Dragon (when it transforms it’s completely made out of water) that shoots out in the chosen direction. Along its path any enemies hit are grabbed by the jaws of the Dragon (causing damage) and are pulled back toward you.
Mana:100\110\120 Cooldown:115\100\85 Damage: 125\150\175(+ 75% AP)

Please let me know if the Mana Cost, Cooldowns,or Damage are too high or low so that I can change.

My picture is obviously not top quality, so one thing that I want to emphasize about it is that she has water swirling around her lower body. This is how her River passive would make more sense and is what allows her to move.

Please give me feedback so that I can make Nami the best that she can be.

I like the idea, but a little more detail would be nice.
like her R for an example, it states she has a small water dragon/serpent, if its a permanent pet let that be her passive. and make it have more of a role with her abilities.
numbers are a nice way of showing what you really want her strengths to be,
if you need some help with idea's check out my concept for a water champ

Nami is in the newest patch, and it would seem she casts water spells

bit of a problem. Nami, the Tidecaller is a champion on the PBE.
shes a ranged support.
P: when nami casts a spell on an ally or her self, they gain a short lasting move-speed bonus
Q: lobs a bubble as targeted area dealing damage, all enemies caught in the bubble are lifted up into the air and are considered stunned
W if cast on ally, it heals them and bounces to a nearby enemy, damageing them, vice versa for on-enemy cast
E: cast on ally, staroid that adds a magic damage on hit to that champion
R
giant wave moves at moderate speed (aprox twice the girth of a lux ult and possibly just as long) damage and slows, the slow ammount is dependent on how far the wave has traveled

Riot beat ya to it.
