Basically it means they are stronger with blue pot, Baron, and WOTA, so that's nothing to sneeze at. Also: AP Rengar is a thing. In the early stages many champs could be built both AD or AP, like Yi, Sion, and Tristana. Now the designs seem to be all-or-nothing.


This is the reason. Before the current game as it is today, champions, teams, and item builds were more flexible.

In my opinion, that was a better way to be.

Because lack of an ability that would get a whole +10 from the AP of trinity force is obviously why Talon doesn't get trinity force.
