Lore- One of the last surviving Shurima Mages, Zyrath lives to serve the Powers that are the runes, and to spread their will among the citizens of Runeterra. Long ago he gained the trust of these powers through a lifetime of servitude. On his Deathbed he was raised up as their messenger.

However Zyrath has his own mission to fulfill. Being one of the only surviving witnesses to the atrocities committed by Xerath the Magus Ascendant, Zyrath is also sworn to avenge the unjust deaths of hundreds of people, who were destroyed in Xerath's attempt at transcendence. Filled with undying hatred for Xerath, Zyrath pursues him relentlessly. Now on the runes orders Zyrath at last heads for the League of Legends, to spread the power and influence of the runes on the Fields of Justice, and to at last find and destroy Xerath, his brother.

Abilities:
Passive- Runcharge: every time a player steps on one of Zyrath's three basic runes that ability gains a stack of rune charge, up to 10 stacks/basic ability. At 10 stacks his ability gains a bonus effect. Casting his ultimate will consume 15 of his total stacks.
Note: Zyrath's abilities when activated place a rune on the ground at the select location. units within the AOE of the rune are affected accordingly.

Q: Sigil of Tranquility- Duration: Unlimited* Cooldown: 30 sec** Mana Cost: 150/160/170/180/190***
all allied units within the AOE have a percentage of the max health restored every second. (if health is full it will restore a % of their max mana) %/sec-1/2/3/4/5
All enemies in the AOE are silenced.
At 10 Runecharge buffs all stats slightly: 2/4/6/8/10

W: Sigil of Destruction- Duration: Unlimited* Cooldown: 30 sec** Mana Cost: 100/110/120/130/140***
All allied units in the AOE gain AP and AD, but lose armor and magic resist Buff/Debuff ammount-5/10/15/20/25. All enemies in the AOE take dmg every sec Dmg/sec-10/20/30/40/50.
At 10 Runecharge removes the defense stat debuffs

E: Sigil of Time- Duration: Unlimited* Cooldown: 30 sec** Mana Cost: 50/55/60/65/70****
All allied units in the AOE gain movement speed. All enemy units in the AOE are slowed. Movement speed Buff/Debuff-5/10/15/20/25
At 10 Runecharge briefly stuns enemy units which step into the AOE

R: Rune Blanket- Duration: 30 sec Cooldown: 150/120/100 Mana Cost: 150/120/100 Also costs 15 stacks of runecharge.
All allied units in the AOE are stealthed and receive 1% health and Mana back each second. Stealthed enemy units in the AOE are revealed, and enemie units in the AOE take dmg each second Dmg/sec-10/20/30
Rune Blanket does not gain Runecharge Stacks

*The 3 basic abilities have unlimited duration, however there can only be 2 sigils placed at a time, and you cannot have 2 of the same active at the same time.
**The cool downs cannot be reduced by cool down reduction, do to the long lasting nature of the abilities.
***Sigil of tranquility and Sigil of destruction have steep mana costs due to the long lasting nature of the abilities.
****Sigil of Time is primarily meant as an escape tool, and therefore has lower mana costs.

I FIND THIS ACCEPTABLE I SHALL LE BUMP

however he seems usless in team fights and very undamaging(even sraka another suport gets some damage

actually team fight is his strength, since he is area denial he can make sure his team is fighting on his runes. This would give his teamates a huge advantage in the fight

Also glad someone else likes this idea
