Health: 414 (+88 per level) (1998 at level 18)
Brilliance: 100
Attack Damage: 54 (+3.4 per level) (115.12 at level 18)
Attack Speed: .665 (+2.75% per level) (0.994 at level 18)
Armor: 16 (+3.4 per level) (77.2 at level 18)
Magic Resist: 30 (+1.25 per level) (52.5 at level 18)
Movement Speed: 310
Range: 125
Health Regen: 7 (+0.7 per level)

Passive: Light's Blessing
Basic attacks, basic attacks received, and Hammer of Vengeance generate Brilliance. Brilliance is consumed by other abilities. Peregris can hold 100 (+1 per 75 bonus mana) Brilliance. Attacks made by Peregris generate 10 (+1 per 7.5 mana/5) Brilliance and received attacks generate 5.

Q: Hammer of Vengeance (8/7/6/5/4 sec CD)
Peregris' next swing generates 10 additional Brilliance and applies the Vengeance effect dealing X/X/X/X/X magic damage over 3 seconds. Basic attacks made against targets afflicted with Vengeance generate 5 additional Brilliance.

W: Rejuvenate (30/27/24/21/18 sec CD) (costs all Brilliance)
Peregris imbues his target with holy energy, healing them for .6 / 1.0 / 1.4 / 1.8 / 2.2 per Brilliance spent over 4 seconds. The healing value increases by .3% for every percent of health your target is missing.

E: Chastise (24/22/20/18/16 sec CD) (costs 50 Brilliance)
Peregris unleashes a burst of light energy on the target, dealing 65/100/135/170/205 (+0.X/AP) magic damage and reducing the target's damage dealt by 12/15/18/21/24% for 5 seconds.

R: Brilliant Wrath (Toggle) (8 Brilliance per swing)
Peregris' basic attacks no longer generate the default 10 Brilliance per swing, instead he consumes Brilliance in order to deal 45 / 65 / 85 (+0.1/AP) additional magic damage per swing. Peregris gains Energized every time he swings with Brilliant Wrath active.

Note that Peregris still receives Brilliance from received attacks, Hammer of Vengeance, basic attacks made against targets afflicted with vengeance, and increased Brilliance per swing from mana per 5 effects.

Peregris is healed by 10% of the damage dealt by Brilliant Wrath, stacking up to 10 times.

Peregris spent most of his youth studying in Demacia's College of Magic. Magic entertained him for a time. He began his studies as a healer, hoping to become a military medic. He soon formed his own faith based on the rejuvenating properties of light. It was something for him to pray to. Over time, as his dedication to that mending sanction became prayers. He found that the faith and hope empowered his command over light magic. The day of his graduation from the College of Magic left him empty.

As he climbed to the podium on the day of his greatest achievement everything changed. Instead of being awarded for his studies, he was arrested for cultist activities. He had no idea what that meant. He was called out for his aggressive attempts to convert other students to follow his faith in light. Demacia saw it as a threat that could undermine the sovereignty of the nation and its military. He was held for many years, and upon his release, he swore not to attempt to convert others to his faith. A man of his word, he never did. Instead, he focused it on himself and trained in close quarters combat. He was the body of his faith and the light was the soul. After mastering body, mind, and soul he wanted to challenge the world with the power vested in him by his light. He now represents only himself in the League of Legends.

He's a battle healer, a more fighting centric Taric, if you will. He supports, but he also smashes faces with his enormous hammer.

I will continue to work on this concept as it isn't fully complete, but there is still a fair bit of information to work with here. Quotes, appearance, recommended builds, and more will likely eventually show up.
