He already said this isn't what he's talking about. At least 3 times. Please read the thread before you try to act smart.

Anyway, @OP, I'm not sure if they removed it or not, I'd have to ask my friends as I'm not over 1400 at the moment. If it's not hitting you, then lucky day for you I guess?

Elo decay only applies to above 1400, it decays 1 a day or something down to 1400.

If your elo decay refresh's when you dodge, the system still works... you are PLAYING a ranked, I think it realizes that you have queued for a ranked, and it resets the decay. However, I don't think they want that, so bringing this up is a good idea.
