I just needed to post this so I don't have to look for one. . . If you don't like it, make your own/use others. These are just my rule set for me to use and for others too.
Rules may change over time.

General Rules
  • 5 Hider, and 2 seeker.
  • Game will end at Forty(40) through Fifty(50) minute if Seeker fail to kill the hider.
  • Do not cheat. (Kinda obvious)
  • Ask host about anything about the rules that you are unsure of.
  • Exceptions will be made depending on the host.
  • When the game is over, one side must surrender.
  • Try to be talkative and work together to make it fun.
  • What host says is rule. He/she can modify it for the match.
  • Rules stay the same throughout the match.
  • Try to avoid having three(3) people grouped up on the screen.

Hiders Specifics
  • You may leave spawn once able to.
  • No recalling.
  • No returning back to base for any mean beside death, and disconnection.
  • For those that joined in late for any issue, please refrain from spending over 1400 gold.
  • Avoid sitting in your spawn.
  • Do not buy item unless you have died. D/C will not count as a death but you shall lose one(1) live(s) every 3 minute until reconnected.
  • Refrain from using any skill that don't cause a CC(Crowd Control) effect. (Slows, stuns, fear, knock up/away. etc.)
  • Only one person can have one(1) of the two(2) item: Frozen Mallet or Rylai's Scepter.
  • Death of seeker will be on the killers fault, unless the seeker clearly had intention of chasing below the health limit.(mentioned in seeker rule) This includes death to any turret, trap, summoned, and unit by the killer, but does not include nexus turret anti-spawn kill turret)
  • Do not buy any banned item. Being busted will result in immediate out.
  • You may not auto attack a seeker for any reason.
  • Do not build any attack oriented item. [Item that give any form of damage VIA direct AP and AD. (Examples: Voidstaff, Rabbadon's Deathcap, etc.)]
  • Only 2 Phantom Dancer at most per a hider.
  • Teamwork is acceptable.
  • No more than 2 hider per bush.
  • Hiders must refrain from buying Oracle's Extract/Elixir
  • Any rules broken shall be dealt with.
  • Once out, please sell ALL item beside any boot of your choice.
  • Once out, you must stay on the outer ring or in your spawn.
  • Once out, do NOT interfere with the game VIA direct action involving players still in. (I.E. Attacking, Buffing, ETC)

Seeker Specific
  • You may leave spawn AFTER the Two-Minute (2:00) mark.
  • Do NOT camp the enemy spawn, allow them 30s after they leave, don't chase.
  • Try to work with your partner.
  • ALL item allowed beside GA
  • Only one(1) seeker may have an item that add slow effect passively through attacking. (Frozen Mallet, and Rylai's) The one seeker may hold both but not both can have one at all time.
  • Only one(1) seeker are allow to have vision granting item through CC effect (Lightbringer and Hextech Sweeper)
  • Oracles are allowed at all time.
  • Death of seeker shall extend the time by 2 minute.
  • You are allow to kill any player who are out, but be aware of time remaining.

(Bold mark both seeker and hider. No marking mean only just hider)

Again, ask the host if you are unsure of anything.

Lastly, and again. . . This is my rule set, if you don't like it, then just don't use it for your match.
