Introduction:

Hello Summoners, I am Venusto a.k.a Jakulagi (my ign) and i'd like to introduce some of my character designs. My goal in creating these characters is in a very naive way of thinking, possibly gain enough support from other people who like my concepts to turn them in actually characters. Mind you, the people who may stumble across this and happen upon my designs, I love each character I've put out and honestly believe that any one of these characters could contribute to the League of Legends Roster.

I've held off posting these in fear of someone copying them but, after seeing characters like Zyra, Hecarim, Syndra who had simply concepts as other characters that I've sort of conceptualized; with my friend's prodding, I've decided to post them.

Please leave behind constructive criticisms and I'll be glad to post more ideas in the future.

Dionaea, the Botanical Socialite

Passive Ability - Plant Royalty
When Dionaea assists in the death of an enemy champion or kills an enemy champion, she leaves behind an untargettable
seedling that grows into one of two plants:

Queen's Chrysanthemums: Seedlings grown from Dionaea aiding in the death of an enemy champion, this seedlings
becomes fully grown after 3 seconds; upon becoming fully grown, Queen's Chrysanthemums gains (70.6 Health per
level) that lasts for 7secs. Queen's Chrysanthemums deal (+0.3)Magic Damage to single enemy target every second,
when an allied champion comes within range of a Queen's Chrysanthemums, they are healed by (47.05 Health per level)
(+0.2)Ability Power, an allied champion can only be healed by a Queen's Chrysanthemums once every 10secs, once a
Queen's Chrysanthemums heals an allied champion, it dies immediately.

King's Gladioli: Seedlings grown from Dionaea killing an enemy champion, this seedlings becomes fully grown after
2 secs; upon becoming fully grown, King's Gladioli gains (47.05 Health per level) that lasts for 8secs. King's Gladioli
deal (+0.5)Magic Damage to a single enemy target every second, while an alllied champion is within range of a King's
Gladioli; that King's Gladioli gains the ability to randomly silence, blind, fear and stun 1 nearby enemy target for 1sec.
King's Gladioli cannot debuff, a previously debuffed champion.

Q Skill - Hydellum Blade
Toggle - Off: Dionaea's blade becomes embued with Hydellum Blood Poison causing her basic attacks to mark damaged
enemy target inflicting an additional (+10/15/20/25/30)(+0.3)Magic Damage every second for 5secs, stacking up to 5 times.
Marked enemy target become revealed for 3secs.

Toggle - On: Dionaea's blade becomes a whip embued with Hydellum Blood Poison increasing Dionaea's range to 480,
causing her basic attacks to mark enemy target reducing their armor and magic resist by 4/8/12/16/20% for 3secs, stacking
up to 5 times.

W Skill - Hydellum Blood Lion
While Dionaea's blade remains a sword, she snares all enemy targets in a wave for 2secs before summoning a hydellum
blood lion deals (30/60/90/120/150)(+0.5)Magic Damage to all enemy targets in a wave. If this attack reduces an enemy
targets health to 5/10/15/20/25% of their maximum health, this skill can be activated within 3secs at no additionally cost,
dealing (30/60/90/120/150)(+0.5)Magic Damage.

While Dionaea's blade remains a whip, her weapon becomes a hydellum gauntlet that deals (50/100/150/200/250)(+0.5)
Magic Damage to all enemy targets in a line, poisoning them for 5secs; dealing 3/6/9/12/15% Maximum health as Magic
Damage.

E Skill - Cherry Blossom Bombers
Dionaea tosses in the air, a slow descending cherry blossom seedling that explodes dealing (80/120/160/200/240)(+0.7)
Magic Damage to all nearby enemy targets, stunning enemy targets caught in the centre of the blast for 0.5/1/1.5/2/2.5secs;
this skill can be casted up to 3 times within 5secs. If this skill deals an assist or death of an enemy champion, Dionaea's
passive ability is doubled.

R Skill - Carnivous Royal
While Dionaea's blade remains a sword, she channels for 1sec, planting a rose that snares all enemy targets at the
target location for 0.5/1/1.5sec before summoning a hydellum blood behemoth that deals (200/400/600)(+0.7)Magic
Damage; enemy target damaged by this skill become marked for 3secs, if a marked enemy target is damaged by another
one of Dionaea's skills that skill deals 10% increased damage.

While Dionaea's blade remains a whip, she unleashes a global whip that deals (150/300/450)(+0.7)Magic Damage to all
enemy targets in a line, if an enemy champion is hit with this ability that champion becomes stunned. Dionaea can quickly
reel in that enemy champion during the duration by repeatedly pressing " R" until the enemy champion reaches her.
Dionaea has 3/4/5secs to reel in a damaged enemy champion with each " R" pressed pulling in a enemy champion within
100 range of Dionaea dealing (30/40/50)(+0.1)True Damage.

Vanderfang, the Vorpal Knight

Passive Ability - Knight of Darkness
Vanderfang gains +2.95 armor and magic resist per level whenever he faces an enemy champion whenever Vanderfang
shows his back towards an enemy champion, he ignores minion collision and puts his primary passive ability on cooldown
for 5secs.

Q Skill - Vorpal Kadaver
Vanderfang fires a magically embued disk that deals (70/100/130/160/190)(+0.9)Physical Damage to an enemy target,
marking damaged enemy targets for 5secs. If the marked enemy target is hit with another one of Vanderfang's skills, the
mark explodes fearing all surrounding enemy targets for 2secs, an enemy target cannot be feared within 8secs of an initial
fear debuff.

W Skill - Grappling Fangs
Vanderfang fires a grapping line dealing (60/100/140/180/220)(+0.75)Physical Damage; this skill can be used on terrain
or structures to quickly move Vanderfang to that target location, Vanderfang's basic attacks lower the cooldown time of
this skill.

E Skill - Blinding Bomb
Vanderfang tosses a flash grenade that deals (30/60/90/120/150)(+0.4)(+0.9)Magic Damage to all nearby enemy targets,
blinding them for 1/1.5/2/2.5/3secs. If this skill reduces an enemy champions health to below 3/6/9/12/15%, then this skill
deals an additional (20/40/60/80/100)(+0.1)(+0.1)Magic Damage over 3secs.

R Skill - Winged Crusader
Passive: Every other basic attack deals (25/50/75)(+0.4)Physical Damage.

Vanderfang takes flight ignoring melee minions, neutral monsters, turrets and terrain for 4/5/6secs; before swooping down
towards an enemy champion dealing (300/500/700)(+1.2)Physical Damage; if this skill deals damage towards a marked
enemy champion, this skill grants Vanderfang, a health shield equal to 50% of the dealt damage.

Lucas & Elaine, the Timeless Lovers

Passive Ability - Endless Romance
Lucas & Elaine's enchanted bond forces their lives to become one. When individually attacked the other will
receive 50% of the incoming damage and any incoming debuffs have their durations halved between Lucas &
Elaine, this does not apply to enemy summoner spells. While together, Lucas & Elaine share an increased rate of
health regeneration by 8% every 15secs and mana regeneration by 10% every 17secs. Individually, gaining
increased armor and magic resist by +25 and increased damage on their spells by 10%.

Q Skill - Dual Cosmos
Lucas & Elaine focus their energies and target a single enemy target dealing (20/40/60/80/100)(+0.9)Magic
Damage, slowing all damaged enemy targets by 4/8/12/16/20% for 3secs. Activating this skill again with 5secs of
initially damaging an enemy targets, allows Lucas & Elaine to teleport to the enemy target each attacking and
dealing (20/40/60/80/100)(+0.9)Physical Damage, silencing for 1.5secs.

Q Skill (Lucas Only) - Hero's Charge
Lucas dashes forward piercing and knocking back all enemy targets in a line dealing (25/50/75/100/125)(+0.75)
Physical Damage; this skill can be activated again up to 2 more times at no additional cost within 3secs, only if
this skills' previous attacks hit an enemy target.

Q Skill (Elaine Only) - Fluttering Angel
Elaine embues herself in pure light magics dealing (30/60/90/120/150)(+0.5)Magic Damage to all surrounding
enemy targets before jumping to a target location dealing (30/60/90/120/150)(+0.5)Magic Damage to all
surrounding enemy targets, knocking them up.

W Skill - Descending Strike
Elaine focuses her energy into Lucas, as he channels his strength into a slash dealing (50/100/150/200/250)(+1)
Physical Damage to all nearby enemy targets; if this skill reduces an enemy targets health to 3/6/9/12/15%, Elaine
fires an orb of piercing light that deals (20/40/60/80/100)(+1)Magic Damage over 3secs. This skills inital strike
applies on-hit effects.

W Skill (Lucas Only) - Thundering Bolts
Lucas focuses a single enemy target firing a magically embued bullets dealing (80/120/160/200/240)(+0.65)
Physical Damage; marking damaged enemy targets for 3/3.5/4/4.5/5secs, reducing all healing effects by 50%
and increasing all incoming damage by 10%.

W Skill (Elaine Only) - Falling Feathers
Elaine channels for a second before incinerating a target location with pure light dealing (50/100/150/200/250)
(+0.6)Magic Damage; marking damaged enemy targets for 3/3.5/4/4.5/5secs, if a marked enemy target is hit with
another one of Elaine's skills, that skill gains 4/8/12/16/20% armor and magic penetration.

E Skill - Angelic Gaze
Lucas focuses his energy into Elaine, as she channels her strength into her staff dealing (50/100/150/200/250)(+1.1)
Magic Damage to all nearby enemy targets, slowing them by 4/8/12/16/20% and marking them for 3/3.5/4/4.5/5secs.
If Lucas & Elaine kill an enemy target marked by this skill, they gain 10/15/20/25/30% movement speed for 5secs,
stacking up to 4 times.

E Skill (Lucas Only) - Raining Wrath
Lucas rushes towards a target location snaring enemy targets before jumping in the air, slashing and firing
dealing (20/40/60/80/100)(+0.5)Physical Damage per second over 3secs. Once Lucas successfully snares his
enemy target, he becomes untargettable throughout the duration of this skill. This skill applies on-hit.

E Skill (Elaine Only) - Entrancing Lights
Elaine summons a barrage of light arrows in a line dealing (50/75/100/125/150)(+0.5)Magic Damage; if this
skill reduces an enemy targets health to 4/8/12/16/20%, damaged enemy targets become slowed by
3/6//9/12/15% for 5secs.

R Skill - Timeless Tryst
Lucas & Elaine channels for 2/1.5/1sec before firing a beam that deals (300/450/600)(+1)(+1)Damage; if this skill can
also be used to heal allied champions only if this skill does not hit enemy champions.

R Skill (Lucas Only/ Elaine Only) - Lover's Bond
When alone, either Lucas or Elaine may sacrifice 100% of their health to successfully revive the other at
30/40/50% health.

Vivian, the Cute Concoction

Passive Ability - Volatile Substance
Vivian deals increasing damage on her skills when she damages an enemy target that has been previously damaged by one
of her skills within 8secs.

Rank #1: Vivian's 2nd damaging skill deals 10% increased damage.
Rank #2: Vivian's 3rd damaging skill deals 15% increased damage.
Rank #3: Vivian's 4th damaging skill deals 20% increased damage.

Vivian's passive ability caps at 20% increased damage and a previous skills debuff duration ends when a new debuff
duration begins from another skill.

Q Skill - Burning Desires
Vivian tosses a flask of experimental hormones dealing (30/60/90/120/150)(+1)Magic Damage to all nearby enemy targets,
reducing damaged enemy champions armor and magic resist by 4/8/12/16/20 for 5secs. This skill does not stack with
Vivian's other skills.

Vivian's 2nd Damaging Skill: All damaged enemy champions gain +1 second of cooldown time for each
enemy champion damaged simultanously by Burning Desire.

Vivian's 3rd Damaging Skill: All damaged enemy champions are feared for +1 second for each enemy champion
damaged simultanously by Burning Desire.

Vivian's 4th Damaging Skill: This attack deals doubled base damage and reduces all incoming heals towards
damaged enemy champions by 50% for +1 second of each enemy champion
simultanously damaged by Burning Desire.

W Skill - Frozen Feelings
Vivian tosses a vile of unstable chemicals dealing (30/60/90/120/150)(+0.9)Magic Damage to all nearby enemy targets,
slowing them by 4/8/12/16/20% for 2secs. This skill does not stack with Vivian's other skills.

Vivian's 2nd Damaging Skill: All damaged enemy targets take increased incoming damage of 15% for +3
second for each enemy champion simultanously damaged by Frozen Feelings.

Vivian's 3rd Damaging Skill: All damaged enemy champions are knocked away from the point of impact, if
enemy champions collide with terrain, they become stunned for +1 second for
each enemy champion simultanously damaged by Frozen Feelings.

Vivian's 4th Damaging Skill: This attack deals additional (30/60/90/120/150) over 5secs, each damaged
enemy champion becomes slowed by 10/15/20/25/30% for 3secs, the slow debuff
from this attack is increased +2% for each minion or monster that collides with
previously slowed enemy champions.

E Skill - Paralyzing Passions
Vivian tosses a potion of erradical fumes dealing (30/60/90/120/150)(+0.8)Magic Damage to all nearby enemy targets,
snared for +1sec for each damaged enemy champion hit by this attack. This skill does not stack with Vivian's other skills.

Vivian's 2nd Damaging Skill: All damaged enemy champions reduce -1 second of cooldown time of Vivian's
skills for each enemy champion damaged simultanously by Paralyzing Passions.

Vivian's 3rd Damaging Skill: All damaged enemy champions are silenced for +1 second for each enemy champion
damaged simultanously by Paralyzing Passions.

Vivian's 4th Damaging Skill: All damaged enemy champions are stunned for +1 second for each enemy champion
damaged simultanously by Paralyzing Passions, all stunned enemy champions
receive increased incoming damage of 4/8/12/16/20% for 5secs. This skill stacks
with Vivian's Passive Ability, Volatile Substance.

R Skill - Love Potion, 89.
Vivian tosses a highly concentrated concoction of mana-infused chemicals dealing (150/200/300)(+1.2)Magic Damage to
all nearby enemy targets, infatuating them for +1 seconds for each damaged enemy champion damaged simultanously by
Love Potion, 89. This skill does not stack with Vivian's other skills.

Vivian's 2nd Damaging Skill: This attack deals +50/75/100 additional damage per second for 3secs for each
enemy champion damaged simultanously by Love Potion, 89.

Vivian's 3rd Damaging Skill: This attack deals +50/100/150 additional damage for each minion, monster,
enemy champion or allied champion collision for 4/5/6secs to all enemy champions
damaged simultanously by Love Potion, 89.

Vivian's 4th Damaging Skill: This attacks deals doubled base damage to all nearby enemy targets; as well as
inflicting Vivian's previous skills' effects. The previous skill must have damaged the
same enemy target within 5secs.

Valerie, the Violet Venus

Passive Ability - Celestial Body
Valerie reduces the damage of all incoming area of effect skills by (- 1.48% per level).

Q Skill - Ray Gun Love
Valerie fires a straight line skill shot that deals (90/120/150/180/210)(+0.9)Physical Damage; every 3rd shot slows each
damaged enemy target by (5/10/15/20/25%) for 1sec.

W Skill - Gravity Goddess
Valerie somersaults towards the cursor, this skill can be casted again within 1.5secs. Each somersault puts - 1sec cooldown
on Valerie's other skills.

E Skill - Assault Venus
Valerie summons up to 2 Mobile Turrets that follow her, attacking any enemy target that Valerie auto-attacks, dealing
(10/15/20/25/30)(+0.3)(+0.75)Damage.

+2 attack damage for killing a neutral monster.
+1 attack damage for killing a minion or assisting in the death of an enemy champion.

Q Skill - Rampaging Royal
Morrigan violently swings her gigantic mace around dealing (30/60/90/120/150/180/210/240/270)(+0.8)Physical Damage
to all nearby enemy targets; if this skill reduces an enemy targets health below 15%, enemy targets become slowed by 30%
for 3secs.

+25 or more souls: Rampaging Royal deals +20 additional damage and slows enemy targets by 35% when damaged enemy
targets health reaches below 20%.
+50 or more souls: Rampaging Royal deals +40 additional damage and slows enemy targets by 40% when damaged enemy

+25 or more souls: Reign of Chaos deals +25 additional damage, removing all debuffs and applying on-hit effects.

+50 or more souls: Malevolent Meteor deals +200 additional damage, deals +40 additional damage per 100 range that is
between her and her target and gains +10% movement speed.
+75 or more souls: Malevolent Meteor deals +300 additional damage, deals +60 additional damage per 100 range that is
between her and her target and gains +15% movement speed.
+100 or more souls: Malevolent Meteor deals +400 additional damage, deals +80 additional damage per 100 range that is

Sylvia gains increased Ability Power and Spell Vamp equal to the Percentage of her Missing Health.

Q Skill - Lust Laser
Sylvia jumps in the air removing all debuffs before firing a laser blast dealing (50/75/100/125/150)(+1)Magic Damage
to all nearby targets; while in the air, Sylvia may fire a second laser blast dealing (50/75/100/125/150)(+1)Magic Damage,
knocking Sylvia and all damaged enemy targets away.

W Skill - T.I.T.A.N
Sylvia summons a mobile turret that assists Sylvia when she performs a skill.

enemy champion, the shot stops moving and explodes, knocking away all nearby enemy targets. An enemy champion may
only be knocked away once every 6secs.

Passive Ability - Yordle-Raised
Uhuru ignores minion collision and gains 2% critical strike every second towards her basic attack, resetting after the first
basic attack; charging up again after 5secs of the initiate attack.

Q Skill - Ajunta Poison Slow Dart
Uhuru fires a single dart dealing (100/140/180/220/260)(+0.8)Magic Damage; slowing damaged enemy targets by
10/20/30/40/50% for 2secs.

W Skill - Ajunta Poisoned Axe
Uhuru violently unleashes 2 slashes of her Ajunta Poisoned Axe, each dealing (30/60/90/120/150)(+0.5)Magic Damage to
nearby enemy targets, poisoning damaged enemy targets dealing (10/15/20/25/30)(+0.5)Magic Damage every second for
3secs, stacking up to 5 times.

E Skill - Nimble Nature

nearby enemy targets turning the energy swords into impassable walls for 2/3/4secs. Enemy Targets may
not pass through Tormenting Thunders impassable walls.

Faultroy can charge up a Pineapple Bomb for 2.5secs, before dealing (70/100/130/160/190)(+0.65)Magic
Damage; Pineapple Bomb gains (+20/40/60/80/100)Damage every half second that Faultroy charges up this
skill. Upon damaging enemy targets, Pineapple Bomb performs knock back that may stun enemy targets, if
they collide with terrain for 1sec.

E Skill - Molotov Cocktail
Faultroy ignites his basic attacks causing them to deal (12/14/16/18/20)(+0.15)Physical Damage; while
active, Faultroy's basic attacks also randomly bounce off of enemy targets burning nearby terrain

R Skill - Self-Destruction

enemy targets trapped within it for 1sec. If this skill successfully traps an enemy target for 1secs,
Mr. Mystery randomly copies 1 available skill and substitutes it with Mysterious Box gaining all effects,
damages and costs of that skill for 1 cast. If the skill acquired uses Fury or Energy as a cost, it is treated
as Mana instead.

W Skill - Mimic Me!
Mr. Mystery mimics a nearby allied champion's basic attacks forcing all nearby allied targets to focus the same
enemy target that the selected allied champion is attacking for 2.5secs; this skill can be cancelled by re-
casting it.

E Skill - Mime Time
Mr. Mystery randomly mimics 5 Different Scenarios for 4/4.5/5/5.5/6secs.

Mime Time #1 - Mr. Mystery conjures a bicycle gaining (4/8/12/16/20% Movement Speed) for 3secs.
Mime Time #2 - Mr. Mystery conjures a pogo stick jumping towards a target location dealing (100/125/150/175/200)
(+1)Physical Damage, silencing for 1sec.
Mime Time #3 - Mr. Mystery conjures and braces for impact an incoming bomb blast dealing (115/130/145/160/175)
(+0.7)Magic Damage, knocking away nearby enemy targets.
Mime Time #4 - Mr. Mystery conjures an impassable wall for 3secs.
Mime Time #5 - Mr. Mystery conjures a rope, stunning a single enemy champion for 0.5secs before pulling them in,

R Skill - Master Mime
Mr. Mystery conjures up a fishing rod targeting a single enemy champion reeling in and copying all their
abilities for 10/11/12secs. Mr. Mystery's skills are then substituted with that enemy champions gaining all
effects, damages and costs for all their skills. If a skill acquired uses Fury or Energy as a cost, it is treated as

(4/8/12/16/20% Armor Penetration) and increased additional base damage per second of (+15/30/45/60/75).

W Skill - Soaring Phoenix
Alexei ingulfs himself with Phoenix Flame's before performing a Flying Kick to a single enemy target dealing
(90/140/190/240/290)(+0.65)Physical Damage; dealing 15% reduced damage for each enemy target hit along
the path of Soaring Phoenix. After Alexei successfully lands Soaring Phoenix, his basic attacks gain
(5/10/15/20/25% Attack Speed) for 2secs.

E Skill - Phoenix Feather Storm
Alexei takes stance, unleashing a wave of burning heat knocking away and stunning nearby enemy targets
for 1sec, dealing (50/75/100/125/150)(+1)Magic Damage. If this skill successfully stuns an enemy champion,
Alexei gains the following buffs depending on how many enemy champions are stunned.

1 Enemy Champion - Alexei gains (4/8/12/16/20% Attack Speed) for 2secs.
2 Enemy Champions - Alexei gains (5/10/15/20/25% Movement Speed) for 2secs.
3 Enemy Champions - Alexei gains (7/14/21/28/35% Armor/Magic Resist) for 3secs.
4 Enemy Champions - Alexei reduces all incoming damage and debuffs by (30/35/40/45/50%) for 4secs.
5 Enemy Champions - Alexei becomes untargettable for 1sec before teleporting to a target location.

R Skill - Phoenix Reincarnate
Upon Alexei's death, he revives himself with explosive results dealing (200/350/500)(+0.75)Magic Damage to all

skill deals damage, this skill stuns the enemy target upon damage being dealt for 2sec.

E Skill - Armored Soul
Markus Tyrone casts a mana-infused shield protecting for (100/150/200/250/300)(+1)Magic Damage, reflecting
10% incoming damage as physical damage for 2/3/4/5/6secs.

R Skill - Incineration
Markus Tyrone channel beastial energies firing dual streams of fiery magics dealing (250/500/750)(+1)Magic

Helena, the Aura Healer

Passive Ability - Aura Arts
When Helena assists in the death of an enemy champion, she gets refunded 10% of her mana costs and -1
second cooldown time per assist; upon gaining a kill, Helena gets refunded 20% of her mana costs and 20%
cooldown time per kill.

Q Skill - Healing Atmosphere
Helena releases an aura atmosphere that either heals or deals (40/80/120/160/200)(+1.2)Magic Damage to
all nearby allied champions or nearby enemy targets, depending on whether which of the two is effected first.

W Skill - Aura Image
Helena casts an aura image creating two copies of herself each dealing (30/45/60/75/90)(+0.3)Magic Damage
to a single enemy target, the aura images remain active for 2secs that deal no damage but can imitate Helena's
skills during the duration.

E Skill - Aura Pulse
Helena releases an immense pulse of aura that grants all allied champions in a line, increased damage by
10/15/20/25/30% for 3secs; also dealing (70/120/170/220/270)(+0.5)Magic Damage to enemy targets in a
line.

R Skill - Spiritual Aura
Helena grants an allied target (except minions), increased health regeneration by 40/50/60% for 4/6/8secs,
effected allied targets also gain +20/30/40 armor and magic resist.


Xan, the Icathian Juggernaut

Passive Ability - Icathian Armor
Xan gains reduces incoming damage by 0.53% per level; when Xan gains an assist, he gains his passive
ability for 5secs. Upon killing an enemy champion, Xan gains double his passive ability for 10secs. Both
passive abilities gained through assists or kills stack up to 5 times, excluding his initial passive.

Q Skill - Explosive Skin
Xan discards his old armored skin reducing his armor by 2/4/6/8/10% for 2secs, healing himself by
(+80/120/160/200/240)(+0.6)Magic Damage; removing all currently active debuffs on Xan. If there are
nearby enemy targets, Xan's explosive skin deals (75/125/175/225/275)(+0.4)Magic Damage, knocking
back damaged enemy targets.

W Skill - Icathian Horde
Xan becomes consumed with blood thirst increasing his attack damage by 10/20/30/40/50% for
2/2.5/3/3.5/4secs, the duration of this skill can be extended by +1sec for each enemy champion killed.
Throughout the duration of this ability, whenever Xan kills 5/4/3/2/1 non-neutral minion, he spawns an
explosive icathian beast that randomly attacks the nearest enemy target for 1/1.5/2/2.5/3secs, dealing
(100/125/150/175/200)(+0.2)Physical Damage throughtout the duration before exploding dealing
(100/150/200/250/300)(+0.5)True Damage to all nearby enemy targets.

E Skill - Icathian Siege Cannon
Xan channels for 5/4/3/2/1secs, slowing his movement speed by 20/16/12/8/4% during this state; Xan
cannot be interrupted by an incoming debuff. Xan focuses onto a single enemy champion before dealing
(90/140/190/240/290)(+1)Magic Damage; reducing damaged enemy champions armor and magic resist
by 12/14/16/18/20% for 1/2/3/4/5secs. If this skill deals the killing blow, the cooldown on this skill is
refreshed.

R Skill - Icathian Artillery Barrage
Xan locks onto all enemy champions in a target location, channeling for 3/2/1secs before firing a highly
explosive barrage of living artilleries shells dealing (100/300/500)(+1.2)Magic Damage to all locked on
enemy champions, if this skill successfully reduces an enemy champions health to 5/10/15%, they become
poisoned losing (100/150/200)(+0.3)Magic Damage over 2secs.
