Liked the fact there was 1 nexus turrent on Proving grounds; ARAM can end quickly now; with 2 it felt like the games may drag on

And I think everyone is reading the notes wrong, I think they buffed AP Teemo, not nerfed...
Still it gives site to you for a small duration, meaning it should pop banshees. I'm just saying it can be very situational and change a teamfight around by popping banshees like that.

Also TF's ulti reveals everyone and pops banshee's, same thing as the seeds.

Just my point of view though

Perhaps you meant Judgement is doing more damage overall due to the minion % increase. Otherwise, Riot can use the word 'adjusted' all they want, but the way that reads, Judgement loses base damage and ratio damage. Unless the extra .5 ad per level makes THAT much of an effect, I don't see more damage.

◦Now removes slows on activation

Q isn't a cleanse, I'm not sure where you read that.

When will Teemo's and Heimerdinger's Blinds be actually a true Blind like Grave's Smoke screen?

I would love to see this be implemented where when the target gets hit, he is truly blinded.

This being, when hit with blind, the Fog of War diminishes to 1 space away in 0.5 seconds, and when blind wears off, will take 0.5 seconds to return to regular fog of war level.

When someone is blinded, Spells should not be able to go off.

When within Grave's smokescreen, I can't cast spells out, why should the same work when you are blinded?

Teemo should be able to hide in plain sight if his Blind goes off well. (At max level, 2 seconds = same time it takes for him to hide.) If Teemo is far enough, it will let him hide without being seen.

AoE Spells will still work as normal when blinded (or at a damage reduction Riots call on that).

Perseverance (Passive)

Decisive Strike
