As the game progresses towers become a nonfactor in my opinion, they should get increased health as the game goes longer and longer late game 1 tower or even double turrents make a diffrence but not by much.

Increased health+armor or something of that matter

Minute 40: towers get 250hp 25 attack damage

Minute 50: another 250 hp and 25 attack damage and so forth.

Towers only ward off teams by early game but mid-late game people can tank turrents easily with a decent amount of armor.

250 hp after 40 minutes isn't enough by that time it would have no effect. just saying that buff would be so minor no one would really notice.

I think that's the point. Early-game, you must farm because the enemy team is defended by their towers. If towers scaled with players, the game would take much longer and it would be a lot easier to just turtle up - essentially, level 18 would be the same as level 1, but your minions would get obliterated in seconds so it would be even harder to push.
