Attempting To Reconnect (Very often)

Hi. I'm going to make this as short as possible, every time I play in a game of League of Legends I always get some problem during the game that makes me randomly, not really disconnect, but make my champion unable to move and it says "Attempting to Reconnect". I can see everyone else move around me, I just can't move my champion. My internet connection on Skype or on any other game is fine, but on League of Legends IN a game, it occurs. I tried this Pando thing, it DID NOT work. If anyone can help, I'd be happy. Thanks for taking your time to read this.

Never had any problems with League until now Riot.

Been reading other posts from techs or Reds saying that it's our problem, it isn't. I run every.other.application.fine. League is my only problem.

Like clockwork, after 2 minutes in game it says attempting to reconnect, after I disconnect and connect back in, I can play for 10 seconds to maybe 4 minutes, then the message comes up again.

Riot, please.

Its Riots fault for being lazy when league was first being coded. now they have alot of problems to solve but they can only do so much with a client that was flawed from release.

Is Riot really saying it's a problem in our use? If so, citation please. But I can tell you Riot, it's not us.
