New patch won't update

The new patch will get around 15 - 18 seconds left, then a popup comes up with saying that i don't have a stable internet connection or not enough hard drive disk space. I have restarted my router and computer and cleaned up my hard drive disk space. I have played league for around 6 months and never had any problems with updates. Any help will be appreciated.

Thank you for bringing this issue to the Help and Support Forum! I'm sorry you are experiencing this issue so close to completing the patch download! Let's attempt to get this resolved for you so you can get back into the client!

Given the description of the error message you received, it seems as though you may have some problems with the configuration of your system permissions. League of Legends requires administrative privileges to install and run correctly (including patch updates). There are several steps that you can take in order to help resolve this issue:

1) Make sure you have all available windows updates installed from this website:
- http://update.microsoft.com

2) Make sure you are an administrator (as simple as it sounds, it is extremely important):
- http://www.ncsu.edu/antivirus/faq/admin/index.php

3) Disable UAC(Windows Vista or Windows 7)

- Be sure to use the "Never notify me when:" setting

4) Run the game as an administrator:
- Right-Click on the short-cut
- Select the properties tab
- Check the box labeled "Run as administrator"

Alright, first of all thank you. I repaired the Patcher and was able to click play and type in my password. When i log in, the "retrieving data from server" box appears and then the window goes black as if it was loading the game. The buttons on the top right stop working so i have to close the window through the toolbar by right clicking and closing the PVP.net client tab. I waited a bit to see if the window would eventually load the game, but stayed at the black window. Thanks for replying.

I did another repair to the patcher and it fixed the problem for whatever reason. As of now my game is working perfectly fine.

You sir are quite astoninshed by the magnificent relenquishes of many post dramatic guitallintinile quinteypons. The HWD hardrive which is compatible with the faculty operating ACU system is meant to be strictly un-tampered with. Do that for post times sir.

I have been having similar problems with my league client. It came up the other day saying I needed to "repair" for some reason, so I tried. but it didn't do anything. and then it just went away after an hour and I was able to sign in an play.
but then the next day every time I tried to accept a match it would keep saying I failed and was disconnected from the queue, i know i didn't "miss click" , I tried several times. so then at this point i decided that i would just ignore all of that and just uninstall /reinstall. but since i have done that my league wont completely update. it keeps updating over and over. and starts at 2/2 and just keeps going. i don't know what to do either. i have tried to "reinstall" 4 times now and its the same thing every time.

and i have read most of these forums but none of them helped me i tried all of the suggestions given to other people experiencing these problems. nothing has worked for me.
