Teemo Theorycrafting: Malady vs Nashor's Starting Item

YAY NUMBERS! MATHEMATICAL!

Best starting item for Teemo based on poke-strength.
Using his main combo: Autoattack -> Q -> Autoattack
Disclaimer: His Q will NOT actually reset his autoattack. Also, I have no clue what I'm doing.

Assumptions:
No runes/masteries
Enemy base MR of 30
MR Damage Multiplier = 100 / (100 + 30) = 0.77
Level 6 Teemo (60AD, 0AP, 0MPen)

Nashor's Tooth: (2270g)
+65 AP
+50% AS
+20% CDR

Malady: (2035g)
+25 AP
+45% AS
On-hit: +(15 + 10%AP) bonus magic damage
On-Hit: -4MR for 8 seconds (max 7 stacks/-28MR)

Blinding Dart (lvl 1):
(This is a spell, not an on-hit ability; therefore, Malady's on-hit effects are not activated.)
80 + 0.8*AP magic damage
Base = 0.77 * (80 + 0.8*0) = 62 damage
w/ Nashor's = 0.77 * (80 + 0.8*65) = 102 damage
w/ Malady = 0.77 * (80 + 0.8*25) = 77 damage

Toxic Shot (lvl 3):
On-hit: 30 + 0.3*AP magic damage
Poison DPS: 18 + 0.1*AP magic damage
Poison Duration: 4 seconds
(DPS does not stack, but duration refreshes on-hit)
Base = 0.77 * (102 + 0.7*0) = 79 damage
w/ Nashor's = 0.77 * (102 + 0.7*65) = 114 damage
w/ Malady = 0.77*(30 + 0.3*25) + (100/(100+26))*4*(18 + 0.1*25) = 94 damage

Combo:
AA->Q->AA
First toxic shot gets 1 poison tick; second gets 4 poison ticks
Base = 0.77(30 + 18 + 0.4*0) + 62 + 79 = 178 damage
w/ Nashor's = 0.77(30 + 18 + 0.4*65) + 102 + 114 = 273 damage
w/ Malady = 0.77*(30 + 0.3*25) + (100/(100+26))*(18 + 0.1*25) + (100/(100+26))*(80 + 0.8*25) + (100/(100+26))*(30 + 0.3*25) + (100/(100+22))*4*(18 + 0.1*25) = 221 damage
Additional: If the opponent has 30 armor, the AD from Teemo's autoattacks will deal a total of 92 additional damage.

Conclusion:
Your Lvl-6 Teemo poke combo will do about 365 damage with just Nashor's tooth, and 313 damage with just Malady, a difference of about 52 damage in favor of Nashor's Tooth. Nashor's 20% CDR and 65 AP means stronger and more plentiful shrooms than Malady automatically, unless the opponent is on the run and already has his MR shredded.

Either get Malady very early or very late. Early-game, Malady becomes stronger the longer a skirmish goes on. Late-game, it gains most of its power from the %AP on-hit damage. Take it early if you find yourself in extended battles early on (aggressive lane + ganks), or take it late if you find yourself in a sustain war/poke-fest during the laning phase.

I just love the CDR on Nashor's personally :P Lets me saturate top lane with shrooms.
