PVP.net Patcher Kernel Has Stopped Working

I've tried re-installing so many times, i've updated all windows updates, im checked my internet settings, i've gotten rid of all cookies, i've scanned and repaired my computer, i've also checked and reset the dns, all the firewalls are off, i've tried deleting all the files like in project and i've tried running rads-user-kernel as admin, i've tried running the launcher as admin, but i always get the same error. i've also installed all the framworks and i've literaly gone from a-z trying to fix this, but it just isnt working, please help me out riot? im begging you!

theres a solution for that. ive experiance almost every error caused in the league of legends lol.
just put every league app in the riot games folder to your firewall exceptions, put your anti virus on silent/gaming mode and itll all be cool. in the end youll have to wait for a little while till it loads itself on the LoL logo.

my firewall is completely disabled ...
and i don't use an anti-virus.

I swear i thought that i was the only one, i have been trying to find a way to fix this for so long, i even went from windows xp to vista to 7 to 8.1 back to 7 and still no fix, i dont understand, i've followed every step very carefully and still have yet to get it fixed, i really just want to play the game, i curse myself for reformatting xD, but honestly this is so annoying, please riot help me to fix this, i've had a support ticket for a while now, thanks in advance.

Hi there!

Have you tried starting from a clean install? Uninstall the game via your control panel, then find and delete your Riot Games folder (usually found at C:\Riot Games). Re-install the game using this link and let me know if anything changes.
