Implying a drunken beligerant rage means anything when theres million(s) of dollars on the line. Saint needs his ass kicked, and to go to rehab.

agreed

he could have been passive about it and if its needed he can raise his voice a little

While I understand they probably have some stress since there is money on the line, this IS still a game. They should be more focused on the game and the money stuff will take care of its self.

Guy is rude and a real **** to his team. Probably angry about being washed up and playing on a less skilled team to begin with and being drunk defeats the normal filters that he uses to keep himself in check. Ego overload is over 9000!

This is basically the same as anything in life. We can't see everything and judging them while we play voyeur doesn't make any sense.

They need a coach.

Like, if they're really serious about this and want the money, they need someone who can help them communicate to each other, schedule their days, give them objective feedback, and HELP them be a team.

This time a million.

Someone to stop Saint from ever thinking that was a good idea, ever.

I disagree.

Would you say that same advice to a sports team hoping to win the World Championship?

They're getting paid to be professional athletes, they have to act like it. That includes taking it seriously. That includes training. That does indeed include fixing mistakes.

It of course doesn't include 2am drunken beligerant rants that just turn the whole team against you.

Plenty of other teams are in the same situation and yet they can be calm, rational individuals, saying there's money on the line is a bad excuse.

Exactly. This mindset that people can justify being childish by claiming they just have more of a drive to win... Well it doesn't usually help winning to have a bad attitude. When you insult a teammate like that, it gets to them. Their mood drops and they become distracted and feel pressured. It's super simple.
