IDC if this is the stealth rework, this is one crappy patch, so much dumb stuff shoved into it.

Support sustain items nerfed (Riot loves supports), Urgot fun factor destroyed, and... AP trist no longer exists? I hope I misunderstood that part, sounds really sad.

Apologizing Emoticons

These emoticons are supposed to represent someone bowing down because they’re apologizing or possibly thanking someone for something. These use the letter m to show hands and the eyes are low to the ground.
m(_ _)m m(._.)m m(._.)m (ノд`) (シ_ _)シ <(_ _)> <(。_。)> m(_ _;;m m(¬0¬)m

Bear Emoticons

The main thing with Japanese bear emoticons is the mouth. You want to use (エ), ㉨ or possibly a ω. Everything else is pretty much the same as other Japanese emoticons.

This bear I think looks especially awesome
An awesome dancing bear
It’s very simple but it totally works

Cat Emoticons

Cats are pretty much just most regular Japanese emoticons with =’s added to them as whiskers. ^’s can also be used for ears and you can use ・ェ・ for a cat’s nose.
<(*ΦωΦ*)> This is totally an Azumanga Diaoh cat!

Confused Emoticons

For confused Japanese emoticons you can use ・ or ◎ for blank looking eyes. ゞ makes a perfect arm scratching a head to indicate thought. You can also add question marks to any of these to show even more confusion.

Dancing Emoticons

For dancing Japanese emoticons you basically just take happy looking ones and add 〜, ノ or ヘ for arms. You can do two emoticons at once with the arms facing different ways to make it seem like the emoticon is dancing in both directions. Adding ” beside the arms makes it seem like it’s shaking too.

Dead Emoticons

You can easily make dead Japanese emoticons by just using x’s, +’s or *’s for eyes. Keeping the mouth low down with a _ makes it seem like the face is lying down on the ground.

Defeat of Surrender Emoticons

For defeated Japanese emoticons you can usually use _’s for eyes that are low to the ground. You can also use \ and / or similar characters to show arms raised in defeat. Adding a ; for a drop of sweat always works too. You can also add a 尸 to make it look like the emoticon is waving a white flag.

Dog Emoticons

The main thing with Japanese dog emoticons is the ears. Use a U for big floppy ears, u for little ears or even V’s for ears as well. You can also use ∵ on either side of the mouth to make it look more dog like.
・V UTェTU (^・(I)・^) U・♀・U o(U・ω・)⊃ (^・x・^) (U・x・U) ▼o・ェ・o▼ U^ェ^U U ̄ー ̄U ┌U・ェ・U┘ └@(・ェ・)@┐ ヾ(●ω●)ノ Adventure time!

Drinking Emoticons

You can basically take any Japanese emoticon and add cups to it with a 口, 旦 or 且.
Evil, Plotting or Sneaky Emoticons

For evil looking Japanese emoticons you pretty much want to use ` and for the eyes. You can use pretty much anything else for a mouth and other elements and it’ll still look evil.

Fish Emoticons

Japanese fish emoticons are somewhat different as they’re from the side and very much look like swimming fish. You can add or subtract brackets to change the length of the fish. It’s also very easy to make crabs as well.
>=< >゜))))彡 ζ)))彡 >_)))彡 >^)))< ~~ ()#))<< (:。)ミ C:。ミ (Q )) > ())<< >))))彡 ≧〔゜゜〕≦ ミ(・・)ミ V=( )=V <コ:ミ (゜))<< ミ[]ミ くコ:彡 ミ..ミ

Friends Emoticons

These emoticons are really just happy looking ones holding up their hands to each other. You can combine pretty much any emoticons and join their hands together with a 人, /\ or メ.

Greetings or Goodbyes Emoticons

These are pretty much standard happy or joyful emoticons usually with a forward or back slash for an arm. You can also use characters such as ヾ to make it seem as if the emoticon is shaking it’s arm.

Happy or Joyful Emoticons

For happy looking emoticons you usually want to use eyes that are high up. The best characters to use for these are ^, , `, or ⌒ among others. The best characters to use for mouths are ones like ▽, ∀ or ω if you want to be cute. You can also add * or # for rosey cheeks or add waving arms with things like \, /, ヽ or ノ. You can also always throw in stars or hearts too.

Infatuation or in Love Emoticons

For Japanese emoticons that express infatuation or love you pretty much just need to add hearts to happy looking emoticons. You can also add rosey cheeks or even the Chinese character for love, 愛.

Kissing Emoticons

For kissing emoticons you usually want to use something like ̄ or – for closed eyes. For a mouth use either ε or з. You can even add a “chuu” which is the Japanese sound for a kiss or you can write it in Katakana by using チュー.

Mellow or Whatever Emoticons

The key to mellow looking Japanese emoticons is pretty much just having arms pointing upwards with \, /, ┗, ┛ or ノ.

Σ( ̄。 -ω-)zzz (-_-) zzz (∪。∪)。。。

Waking someone up

Smug Emoticons

For smug Japanese emoticons you want to use closed eyes like ̄. I’m not sure how else to describe them so just look at the examples below since they’re all kind of different.

Winking Emoticons

For winking Japanese emoticons you can take pretty much any relatively happy looking face and make one of the eyes closed by using a flat character like -. You can also use stars which for some reason signify winks.

Worried Emoticons

Worried Japanese emoticons usually use ; to indicate a drop of sweat. There’s not a lot else I can say about them so check out the examples below.

Writing Emoticons

You can use φ, 〆 or ψ to make it look like your emoticon is writing. You can also use lines for a table or sheet of paper.

^This is important. I owe Decrepit from Support a thank you suggesting to upgrade(was not aware they made another driver) and apology for wasting his time with such a minor issue which was me not paying attention. This patch for me will be TIME TO GET DOWN TO BUSSINESS and MAKE MEN OUT OF YOU >:3

Fixed several issues that occur when reconnecting, including ghost minions, invisible champions, untargetable towers, and strange store behavior

This is amazing. Phenomenal work.
