This is yet another Super-Supporter, and a continuation of the set started with Gebrial, the First Field Designer.

Korsoval, The Base Designer

Health: 822(+90). Health Regen: 4.50(+0.70)

Armor: 9(+0.51). Magic Res: 15(+0.10)
Attack Speed: (N/A). Movement Speed: 330

Innate: Restoring Radiation
Having enchanted so many items to make them healing items, Korsoval radiates a small amount of the magical healing energy, healing nearby allies slowly over time and slowly restoring their mana.
[Conditional passive:] When Korsoval is teamed up with Gebrial and/or Destrial, he gains a melee auto attack that deals 70(+4.9) damage per hit, and heals himself by 5 health points per hit for each brother on the team, for up to 10 points.
Q: Mini-Platform: Health
Cooldown: 10/15/20/25/30
Cost: none
Range: 125
Korsoval sets up a miniature (175 radius) circular healing platform that heals allies just as quickly as the summoner platform. This platform lasts 20/30/40/50/60 seconds and has 175/200/225/250/275 health. They cannot be teleported to.

W: Mini-Platform: Mana
Cooldown: 10/15/20/25/30
Cost: none
Range: 125
Korsoval sets up a miniature (175 radius) circular mana-restoration platform that restores allies' mana just as quickly as the summoner platform. This platform lasts 20/30/40/50/60 seconds and has 150/175/200/225/250 health. They cannot be teleported to.

E: Repair: Inhibitor
Cooldown:30/40/50/60/70
Korsoval begins repairing a damaged/destroyed inhibitor, adding 1%/2%/3%/4%/5% of it's max health per second for up to 15/15/15/15/15 seconds (this can be interrupted if he is attacked). If the inhibitor is already at maximum health, each second afterwards further inhibits the enemy's minions, slowing them by 1%/2%/3%/4%/5% per second, and reducing attack speed and max health at the same rate. This increased inhibition lasts 3 seconds per 2 seconds of casting the spell after the spell is finished.

R: Repair: Nexus
Cooldown: 125/150/175
Cost: None
Range: 125
Korsoval begins repairing the Nexus by 1%/3%/5% of it's max health per second for up to 15/15/15 seconds (this can be stopped if he is attacked). If the Nexus is already at max health, each second afterwards allows the Nexus to further assist the team, decreasing allies' cooldowns (except Korsoval's) by 1%/3%/5% per second that the spell is cast, and increases turrets' health and max health at the same rate. This lasts 3 seconds per 2 seconds of casting the spell after the spell is finished.

I've said it before on other champions I've made, I tend to go psycho when making these abilities, feel free to tell me if something seems op or if you have any suggestions.

Edit:
Rough Lore:
Gebrial, Korsoval, and Destrial, Yordle brothers born as triplets, are the sons of a Yordle and a witch who had transformed to hide amongst the Yordles of Bandle City. Not wanting anyone to find out about her true identity, the day of their birth, when no one was watching, the witch stole most of the magical abilities that they were born with, ensuring that they would never show any signs of being the children of a witch. However, she failed to remove one magical ability from them: a magical ability to automatically enchant all that they built/crafted and some items that they touched. Each of them was born with a magical ability to build amazing structures and craft the most amazing tools, trinkets, and even weapons, often with special charms automatically placed on them that had various special effects.
As they grew, the brothers developed their own specialties. Korsoval became skilled with medical technologies, his touch seeming to give items a special healing radiation. He decided to work with the local hospitals, building special rooms where wounded people could go to quickly heal their injuries and extremely exhausted employees could go to replenish their energy. This magical ability of his to create healing objects earned him great fame throughout Runeterra, and hospitals from all over the land asked him to come to them to build his famous healing rooms for them.
Stories of this great healer eventually reach the League of Legends, who decide to ask him if he would make his famous healing structures for the League's bases. He agrees, and joins as the League's lead doctor and builder of the new summoner platforms. However, shortly after he joins, he realizes that the wars were far more deadly than they really had to be for champions on both sides, the minions being far too powerful and in some cases almost comparable to the other champions. He also found that champions didn't seem quite able to reach their full potential, pain and fear too easily getting in the way of their will to fight. To assist with this, he decides to use his medical experience to build a few more new structures.
First, he wants to focus on the champions, who clearly needed some help. He decides to do this with an upgrade to the structure that summons minions. The upgrade allows it to continue to create minions, and at the same time gives the team's champions an ability to ignore pain while in combat. No matter how many hits they take, the structure, which he calls the Nexus, ensures that it doesn't slow them down, and also ensures that they don't die from most fatal wounds, allowing them to fight longer. This, of course, doesn't make them completely unkillable, but it removes the pain of being hit and allows them to fight at the same level so long as they are still alive. This allows them to fight without fear of feeling any pain, which used to slow them down by forcing them to avoid hits and lose chances to kill their opponents. The upgrade further reinforces the League's decision to make the Nexus the most important point in the bases, as without it the team's champions are far too vulnerable and weak.
The second structure he develops is to assist with the problem of minions being too powerful. Korsoval begins studying the physiology of the minions, trying to find a type of energy that is powerful enough to weaken them without killing them, as he believes simply eliminating the minions is too dishonorable. He eventually finds the right kind of energy, teaches himself to use it in his enchantments, and uses it to develop the Inhibitor, a device which greatly reduces the power of enemy minions. Before the development of this device, super-minions were a constant nuisance and, in some cases, a major threat; now, they are only a problem when the enemy has destroyed these structures. They were also given an attack inhibiting effect that prevents the Nexus from being damaged until they are destroyed, and an ability to regenerate after a certain amount of time.
Proud of his work, he is content for a while watching his machines at work during the fight, but after a while he grew curious. What was it like to fight in these battles? Was there any more he could do without removing the honor of war? These questions have led him to decide to join as a support champion, aiding his allies while studying the battles and deciding whether or not there is anything more he can do for them.

Still looking for feedback of some kind. Go ahead and dislike all you want, so long as you take the minute or so it takes to explain why. Thanks.
