Now LoL has a lack of infernal type champions with the only ones that really could fit the bill being Mordekaiser and maybe Hecarim. Here's an idea for one. He'd play a lot like shyvana, renekton, or nasus with a bit more of a Nidalee aspect to his ult as far as longevity is concerned.

His ult would be a transformation into a larger balrog-esque appearance, think War from Darkstalker when he shifts. Before ulting he would be a heavily armored warrior wielding a whip and a blade. He would work on a fury system similar to the others but a bit different.

The additional effects of each spell occur if you have enough fury to use them, similar to Renekton when he has 50 fury.

Meet Int'Efernus, Hell's Ambassador

Passive: When Int'Efernus kills a target, he recovers 4/8/12/16/20/24/28/32/36 health and fury. Int'Eferneus recovers 4 percent of damage dealt from any source as fury, as well as 3 fury per second.
Q: Int'Efernus lashes out with his whip ensnaring the first target it hits for 1/1.25/1.5/1.75/2 seconds, and dealing 50/75/100/125/150 (+0.7 AP) magic damage. Costs 30 fury and becomes a stun when you have 60 fury. [14/13/12/11/10s CD]
W: Int'Efernus blesses the target with an unholy shield, granting 10/20/30/40/50 armor and magic resist for 4 seconds. Costs 25 fury. Attacks against the target returns 5%/7.5%/10%/12.5%/15% magic damage for 50 fury. [10s CD]
E: Int'Efernus dashes forward, slicing any target he passes through for 75/125/175/225/275 (+1.2 Bonus AD) physical damage. Costs 35 fury. For 70 fury the gap grows and deals a grievous wounds effect. [12second CD]
R: Passive: Int'Efernus calls upon the hellish fires dealing 25/50/75 damage per second to nearby enemies, and shredding 1/2/3 armor and magic resist each second, stacking up to 5 times, and lasting 4 seconds. Active: Int'Efernus transforms to his real form, gaining 15/30/45 armor, magic resist, and attack damage. The damage over time and shred effect values are doubled while transformed, and you drain 10 fury per second. [90/80/70s CD]

Unlike Shyvana, you can recover fury while transformed, so playing properly in lane could lead to longevity. Burning spells carelessly could also lead to a premature ending, and in team fights you are practically guaranteed to be able to maintain the ultimate for the whole fight of the opponents do not retreat to re-engage.

True, but if I'd posted it there I'd have received a fraction of the views.

Decent concept. Terrible name, though. And Shyvana can regenerate fury while in dragorn form by AAing.

I didn't know that she could, to be honest. However, I believe her consumption would be much harsher compared to this guy's. His fury recovery being 4% of damage dealt, in team fights his ult DoT would probably mostly sustain it.
